  • Perfect Moist Banana Cake Recipe
    What makes a perfect banana cake?
    Perfect texture of batter
    Riped bananas
    Walnuts, and
    Perfect baking time
    Perfect quantities of every ingredient
    Required ingredients
    Riped bananas-4
    Softened butter-1/3cup
    Sugar-1/2cup
    Eggs(medium)-3
    Vanilla essence-1tbsp
    Milk-1/2cup
    All purpose flour-1.5cups
    Baking powder-1tsp
    Baking soda-1tsp
    Salt-1/4tsp
    Cinnamon powder-1/2tsp
    1)If you are choosing medium size bananas take 4 bananas, in case of big one’s only two are enough.
    Take out the peel and mash the bananas, no chunks should be left.
    Bonus tip-Fork is best for mashing bananas.
    2)In a bowl take softened butter and sugar, using a hand blender, blend in medium speed till it gets a soft texture.
    3)Add 3 medium sized eggs, in case of large eggs, take 2 eggs.
    Add vanilla essence, and blend without stopping for 20 minutes in medium speed, it is very important step.
    You would get a frothy textured mixture.
    4)Add milk and mashed bananas and blend for another 5mins.
    Wet mixture is done.
    5)Take a sieve, add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt and sift thoroughly.
    6)Gently cut and fold, till a smooth batter is formed.
    7)Add a handful of chopped walnuts.
    Gently fold again.
    Baking preparations-
    Grease a tin and place a piece of parchment paper In the bottom.
    Pre-heat the oven @180 degrees in baking mode for 20mins.
    8)Add the batter into the greased tin and tap to equally distribute.
    9)Place the tin in oven and bake for 60mins @180 degrees.
    10)Cool the cake completely, before cutting.
