The God I serve reached down from Heaven and saved me by his grace. I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior. I have a personal walk with him and I lift his name up with praise and worship during music like this. If you serve a different God than what I do, you can keep him! I will not be moved from my faith. Christ has changed my life in so many different ways. I am really sad that you are saying things like this. I am praying to MY GOD for you.

Petra is the greatest CRB of all time. LILYNOH is the best P&W song of all time. The result of the combination is some of the best music this side of heaven.
This is one of my alltime Petra favorites along with Beyond Belief. Have been loving John Schlitt's voice ever since I was in college and now my son just got to open for him in Moscow! Oh to be 25 years younger, lol!
Love this group! Saw them during TOM Fest in Washington on August 30th, 1997... John Schlitt called for a moment of silence and prayer at the beginning of their set as news had just been released that Princess Diana had just died. I'll never forget that night and how much respect I had for the group for that moment.

Every true believer would have to say yes. The world is always hearing from "christians" that they need to get saved and follow Christ, and that is true. Most of them find that when they get saved and get into church, there is a HUGH war, christians against christians. They hear one church saying how they are right and the other churches are wrong. I can see why the world doesn't want anything to do with christians. We are to busy telling other christians that they are going to Hell.
Come on man. Christian rock is not an oxymoron! Rock is a form of art, God gave us art, so if we lift up is name with rock it doesn't matter. Because we are phrasing our father through music that we enjoy

It is hard enough to make it day by day with everything going on in the world. As blood bought children of God we need to put aside our differences and help bring the lost sheep into the Kingdom.
