- After so long and many sufferings, it's finally here and ready to go. The fight so many fans wanted to see, including me, now exist through a fan animation.
I am so excited to finally show it to you guys, I hope it is everything you guys ever hoped for, after all I made this for you guys.
Consider this my love letter to Monty Oum and RWBY, without them I wouldn't even be an animator.

It make sense why would Raven would win. Taking aside the Maiden Powers, she is older, more experienced in harsh battles and her Odachi offers more range attacks, as well, a variety of Dust infused blades that allow her to combine her swordmanship style.
Adam in the other hand, have speed, physical strenght and his Semblance allows him to transform hits into energy. Ironically, he shares the same flaw as Yang, temper and overconfidence in his Semblance during figths that makes him thinks that can win in every fight.
Something I feel Raven exploited when she beat Adam in trash talking. Adam tried to get under Raven's skin with his words, but Raven surpass there too in experience, so she made sure to stay calm... while Adam become more enraged the more the fight progressed.
Debatable on the harsh battles, if Roosterteeth did the Faunus right then I'd say just as harsh if not more.

If only the actual RWBY show could enlighten us in combat strategies and strengths and weaknesses when characters fight.

@@TheG119YTexactly, they made Adam's motivations VERY clear in volume 3. He's a fallen hero who became an angry, spiteful, manipulative, selfish person. Somehow people still don't understand the character even after the character short, a whole song, and explaining his character and what he was becoming throughout Volume 5

Thank God, yet another great fan animation showing Raven's full potential! Not just the fact that she's clearly able to straight up overpower Adam (as the ending shows), but all the little techniques and tricks that showcase true expertise in fighting. Shoulder checks into leg sweeps, using Ice Dust to lock up both Adam's clones and his gun at separate points, using the longer range of her sword to keep Adam at bay and then closing in with martial arts when he gets past that, comboing Dust attacks better than Weiss ever has, throwing Adam into his own clones-
There's so much good choreography here it's insane.

The walking looks a bit robotic, but the fight scene was extremely badass
I like how Adam launches into his traumatic backstory, and then Raven's like: "Can you shutup bro?" 💀
The Adam Moveset was great
Raven using multiple Dust types was excellent
The final moment? Totally in character as far as I can say!
And as soon as I hear the song I knew ... *Only one leaves*

Adam - You use the Grimm Mask like us, but you save that human girl!
Raven - I'm not like you, or like her... Not anymore, but the mask represents what I'm really are and what I will become if you lay a finger on my daughter again.
Pristine work mate. As a fan of Adam’s aesthetic and combat style, I thank you for including his full power set and technique. A creative display all around!
HOLY HELL THIS WAS AWESOME i love the bit in the beginning where Adam illudes to no one coming to his rescue, that's more characterization then anything we got in the show, and the finishing fight was soo cool!!!

I liked the multiple clones of Adam. In the Yang vs Adam fight it seemed that these weren't afterimages, as these seem to move before Adam.

Fantastic! Just incredible! You completely nailed the style and speed. The camera work was amazing. I'm 100% gonna change my background to the Moon Slice. And very nice little Vergil reference when Raven cut the portal ;)

i was gonna make her do a judgement cut as well with her wind dust sword, but i couldn't really fit it in without disrupting the flow of combat.

AWESOME work. Adam's pointless ranting is, sadly, entirely in-character for him; he got what he deserved, picking a fight instead of walking away when Raven gave him the opportunity to do the latter.

Adam had everything to be an incredible villain.... That fight against Blake and Yang is a disgrace, I know he was a little crazy but he could have killed Blake and then Yang
That mask slip tease, I didn't realise that could awaken something in me. This really makes me miss RWBY and the cool stuff that we could've gotten. Amazing stuff.
I miss fights like this in RWBY.

Hey dunno If you still comment on this but Honestly this is very beautifully made, Especially with the chronographing and the Elements used in the cannon rwby like Adams shadow clones as well as Using Dust blades for thier actual purpose and not just colored blades 😅
Honestly, i gotta say this is one of ny all time favorites of An animation really reminds me of the black trailer from rwby.

And that's precisely how it would go. 👋Very pleasantly surprised that Raven was given the sheer dominance she'd have over Adam if it had ever come to a fight between these two. You wouldn't believe how many people I've seen who think a fight between Adam and Raven would have them evenly matched, even _after_ we all saw the Raven vs Cinder fight.

Now that's just a blatant lie 😂😂 we can appreciate the work that was put into this video without trying to shit on the show. The voice in the show fits the lines said in this video perfectly, it potrays Adam as a spiteful person consumed by anger as he was intended to be

As a MMD user, it makes me happy to see MMD being used for things like this instead of motion dance videos.

Good Lord, this is now my favorite RWBY fan animation; it's one of the best I've seen, the combat is so smooth and so pleasing to watch! You made my favorite character look great, and I agree with the comments that he was given more motivation and respect in this than in canon lol. I knew he wouldn't win against Raven though, and that conclusion was _perfect._
Also can I talk about the voice acting because that was AMAZING.

yes i did write the dialogue, but i didn't voice it, you'll have to thank Asianguyoftoday and Cake Station for making it so good and believable
This is an excellent fight. Could have been a thing had their V3 encounter been drawn out longer. Well-animated, and the Dust effects are well-used. The outcome was never in doubt for me; Adam could only have won with a (really) lucky shot, and/or backup, but even then it'd be unlikely. Even putting aside the Maiden powers Adam has far less composure (as the trash-talking showed) and I doubt he's even fought anyone on Raven's level.

That is a great fight and I knew Raven would win. Also if Yang gets a new evolved semblance and better adaptability skills early, she would probably beat Adam with that new power.
I mentioned this before but this fight is honestly genius given their stylistic similarities.

This was a really good fan animation You did such a fantastic job the fight choreography was good and the motions and movements they did were fluent showcasing their battle skills and I like the fact you worked into the fact that her weapon uses different elemental dusk blades for her to switch Not to mention Adam's, incredibly fast movements and his clothes moving alongside him and the voices were just as good as well. Raven sounded exactly close to how she was in the actual show while Adam, it was good you could tell somebody else but at the same time. If you haven't watched it and heard him once you wouldn't be able to tell the difference and of course, she won in the end, more combat experience fought incredibly dangerous opponents she was even her generations Rwby that Ozpin himself entrusted with very dangerous missions beyond their years she's definitely one of the shows top and premium fighters and also that moment where Adam's sword was about to Pierce raven's neck showed her fearlessness in combat as she caught it with her hand.

I already knew Raven was going to win, but then I heard her theme kick off and I lost my mind! This was absolutely STUNNING! Truly, this was the fix I needed from the drought of RWBY content this past year!... Well, realistically past several years with fight quality like this. Thank you so much for doing this, it was amazing! Hopefully you do more, but I understand the immense work this takes so if not, I just wish you the best!
