SCM morbidelli cx100 - CNC Drilling Centre

SCM morbidelli cx100 is the high performance CNC Drilling Centre that carries out all drilling operations, grooving and vertical routings able to ensure a very high productivity and no operator’s intervention for the worktable tooling. Drilling from the top allows to use the outside of the panel as a reference concealing defects; the result is to always move any difference in thickness to the inside of the cabinet.
morbidelli cx100 automatically reads the workpiece length: any discrepancy between the actual length of the panel and the one set is corrected by a precision reading laser allowing for perfect alignment. The piece has maximum stability and high machining quality, with the mobile clamp with floating opening that does not require any adjustment and the Bakelite non-scratch table that guarantees high machining quality also for panels with delicate surfaces. Zero imprecision in horizontal drilling thanks to pressure devices.
Also, safety and reliability are guaranteed thanks to the upper presser unit which ensures the adherence of the pieces to the lower reference to ensure maximum machining precision. The dust extraction hoods clean the piece perfectly.
Movements are fast and highly precise: all the machining units are driven by brushless motors, sliding along prismatic guides with recirculating balls supports. The displacement along X, Y, and Z is granted through highly precise recirculating balls screws.
Developed in Windows® environment, the CAD/CAM programming software allows for extremely easy programming thanks to an advanced, simple and intuitive environment that provides all the tools necessary for drawing pieces and lay them out on the work table. The tool management and the relative machining are also contained in a perfectly integrated and high-performance context.

Obrigado pelo contato! As duas máquinas fazem parte da família dos centros de furação CNC, onde a CX100 é a top de gama e as principais diferenças entre os modelos são:
- Na CX100 o cabeçote de furação possui mais mandris e somente na CX100 temos a possibilidade de ter também um fresador;
- A motorização dos eixos são diferentes, onde na Startech CN V são através de corrente contínua e na CX100 através de servomotores;
- O controlador da Startech CN V é através de CLP touchscreen de 10" e na CX100 temos um computador industrial multitouch de 21,5";
- Diferenças nas medidas mínimas e máximas de peças.

Thanks to our CAD/CAM software Maestro cnc, the machine can import 2D dxf files. Once imported, it is possible to apply machining operations and your program is ready to be run.
