Appreciate your work, however I have once concern as regard's the Bathroom/Toilet. Like in this case, the maid's room toilet window is so close to the kitchen window. Does this look good?

Any modifications can surely be made....with a few trade-offs, evrything just has to make sense in the end.

Blue prints getting ready, rooms sizes Vary...but usually 16 sqm with exception of master Bedroom

Is it ok to use y12 bars on a column for a 1 floor medium house?

It's based on design (which puts into consideration of the spacing of columns) and not just speculation. E.g you can use 6Y12 in place of 4Y12 steel bars...but not in all scenarios
