- Today we are making another Filipino favorite ulam or pulutan - Crispy Pata.
This recipe is simple but the process takes a long time in order to achieve the superb crisp level that we want. But you'll see that it's definitely worth the wait!
I'll also make a flavorful dipping sauce for the dish.
The ingredients are
Pata
Dona Elena Pomace
Lemongrass
Pepper
Garlic
Salt
Onion
Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Ginger
Tomato
Whole Black Pepper

I like Mayor Goma's style of cooking since his ingredients are so easy to find. His tips in cooking are so helpful for one who's trying to replicate his dish, not complicated at all!
The whole part of the video,we didn't see nag resbak at lumaban ang pata while it was fried 3x...whew!
