Sailing to Catalina Island, Two Harbors California. First sail trip!!!

- First major sailing trip for us on our Gemini 105mc catamaran sailboat. We sailed to Catalina Island, California. Long sailing journey but worth it for the week spent on the island.

Thank you! It wasn't an easy task with our baby girl but im so glad we did it. She is a trooper. And yes, We fell in love with Two Harbors and the whole area. Coming back soon!

Your soon going to need safety rail nets all round... Little ones love the shake and roll... Car seats bike seats...or boats.
Meantime looks like James has been having a difficult time on his Hawaii trip aboard SV T.
He nearly lost his rudder at one point... tricky single handed in a monohull.

It was so rad. You will be a deck hand on the next trip for sure.
The only thing I would recommend is that both of you and your infant son were a flotation anytime you’re away from up here. Especially when getting in and out of the day. Sometimes things happen people slip thanks for better to be safe than sorry.

We have been seriously contemplating living aboard, and a catamaran seems to be the perfect boat for us and our 2 kids. The Gemini seems nice and affordable as well. I’m looking forward to following along and seeing how you like this boat.
Check out our videos as you will see some examples of what you can do with the little one… we put a swing in the cockpit and also had a baby pool on the front deck…have fun…
