The noise was a pain so instead of learning his attacks I just tried to parry everything and it also worked. Eventually I P ranked the noise with mostly parrying.

A little speedrunning tip: you can actually pause during the boss titlecards, giving you the ability to start the boss quicker by selecting "Restart Level". This skips the titlecard and the intro cutscene, saving maybe 10 seconds per boss (I haven't actually measured it).
