@@micea The claim that the word "Muhamadim" was in the original biblical texts is not accurate. This statement often refers to a specific interpretation of Song of Solomon 5:16 in the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh).
In Song of Solomon 5:16, the Hebrew phrase "מחמדים" (machmadim) is used, which is commonly translated as "altogether lovely" or "desirable." Some have argued that this word is a reference to Muhammad because of its phonetic similarity to his name. However, this interpretation is not supported by mainstream biblical scholarship or the context of the text.
The word "מחמדים" (machmadim) is a common Hebrew term used in various places in the Old Testament to denote something desirable or precious. It is a plural form of the word "מחמד" (machmad), meaning "desirable thing" or "precious thing." The context of Song of Solomon 5:16 is a poetic and romantic description within the love poetry of Solomon, not a prophetic reference to a specific individual.
Therefore, the assertion that "Muhamadim" was in the original biblical text as a reference to Muhammad is a misinterpretation of the Hebrew language and the context of the scripture.

    There's a few problems.
The Injil is not the Bible that you have, it's the gospel jesus got.
The oldest bible is 400 years after jesus, and it's not in Aramaic.
Your explanation with the holy spirit doesn't make any sense. The spirit was always supposed to be here. So why did Jesus need to go to send the spirit to where it already is?
Even if it's the Holy Spirit, what was his message? Do we have any recordings?

    • @thesocialapologist
      @thesocialapologist  Před 2 měsíci

@@UltimatumDemon First, you have to prove it is not the Bible I have, because manuscript evidence demonstrates that the earliest is within the first century of Jesus’ existence, not 400 years after. Regardless of this, our Bible hasnt changed since then anyway, so it is what Muhammad confirmed in the 16 Surah’s. If you want to claim that it is different, you have to prove it, and prove your Qur’an lied about it. Even the Torah as seen before Jesus’s birth, (dead sea scrolls) it hasnt changed, so you have a problem on your hands, because it calls God “the Father”.
It is not my explanation of the Holy Spirit, I simply read it in the bible verse where Jesus himself says that the comforter is the Holy Spirit. So it is not my explanation, but the straightforward biblical passage. What brought you to the conclusion that the spirit was supposed to already be here within the capacity of being the comforter etc as illustrated in the passage?

Firstly, you have to understand what Islam’s agenda is? ? ?
You have to know what “TAQUIYYAH” is? ? ?
You also have to know what a “MAAKIR” is? ? ?
The Muslim agenda is best understood from knowing who Lucifer is and what his end goal is.
Read Isaiah 14. Pay special attention to verse 13.
The link to Isaiah 14:13 is Matthew 4 and or Luke 4.
If you have spiritual discernment or the UNCTION (1st John 2:20) this will become clear prophesy being played out in front of you.
Remember Allah is the best of The MAAKIR’s
A MAAKIR is a: fraudster, trickster, crafty, cunning, foxy, sly, crafty, malicious, subtle, guileful, wily, scheming, disingenuous, pernicious, bad, malignant, devious, deceitful, plotter of evil, planner of deceit. (John 8:44 & 45)
The Qur'an openly states many times that Allah is the 'best deceiver'. The Arabic word used here is "ماكر" " maakir"? In Urdu, Makaar. Why Allah betray or deceive his own worshippers?

In Old testament "Sons of God" usually refers to the righteous,
Jesus and all Prophets calling God by the Father metaphorically is not a problem in Islam, all righteous and believers and prophets are called sons of God metaphorically, but the problem is that if Christians say that Jesus part of God then God considers this blasphemy
Muslims Worship one true God, the God of Abraham, and believe Jesus is the messiah and prophet of God
The Jews worship one true God, the God of Abraham, but they reject Jesus, because they believed that Jesus claimed to be part of God when Jesus said I and The Father are one
But what Jesus really meant was One Purpose and not a part of God or he is God Himselff
Christians worship three, the father which is the God of Abraham and the holy spirit which angel Gabriel and prophet Jesus
both old testament and quran consider Christians Polytheists and blasphemy against god by saying Jesus and holy spirit are part of god and worshiping Jesus and Holy spirit which is Angel Gabriel
Jesus calls himself Son of man, old testament clearly says God is not man or son of man
    1 Samuel 15:29
He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a human being, that he should change his mind.”
    Numbers 23:19

1.1 According to John 14:26: "But the Advocate (Paraclete), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." Therefore the Biblesays it is the Holy Spirit.
1.2 John 15:26: "When the Advocate (Paraclete) comes, whom I will send to you from the Father-the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father-he will testify about me." Did Muhammad go out from the Father? No. The Holy Spirit did though, as referenced in John 14:26.
1.3 John 14:16-17: "And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate (Paraclete) to help you and be with you forever-the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you." Is Muhammad living in us? No. Is Muhammad eternal? No. Were they able to see Muhammad? If so, then he is not the Paraclete.
Therefore, it is not my prerogative rights, but rather logic and fact that demonstrate it is impossible for it to be Muhammad.
      2. Not sure what Isaiah 24 has to do with anything here? Did you mistype the verse?
      3. What is an evangelist?
An evangelist, according to Christian belief, is someone who spreads the message of Jesus Christ. This practice is deeply rooted in the teachings of the Bible. One of the most significant scriptural foundations for evangelism is found in the Great Commission, where Jesus instructs His followers:
'Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.' (Matthew 28:19-20)
Another key verse is in the book of Acts, where Jesus tells His disciples:
'But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.' (Acts 1:8)
These passages highlight the command given by Jesus to His followers to share the gospel message with others. Evangelism is about witnessing to the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and inviting others to accept this message of salvation. It's important to note that true evangelism is carried out with love, respect, and a desire to share the hope found in Jesus, not through coercion or force.

Ahmad , mentioned by Jesus, in the Quran = the Much-Praised = Periklytos
    the comforter = Parakletos
in the Gospel of St. John the word Parakletos (usually rendered as "Comforter") who was to come after Jesus. This designation is almost certainly a corruption of Periklytos ("the Much-Praised"), an exact Greek translation of the Aramaic term or name Mawhamana. (It is to be borne in mind that Aramaic was the language used in Palestine at the time .of, and for some centuries after, Jesus, and was thus undoubtedly the language in which the original - now lost - texts of the Gospels were composed.) In view of the phonetic closeness of Periklytos and Parakletos it is easy to understand how the translator - or, more probably, a later scribe - confused these two expressions. It is significant that both the Aramaic Mawhamana and the Greek Periklytos have the same meaning as the two names of the Last Prophet, Muhammad and Ahmad, both of which are derived from the verb hamida ("he praised") and the noun hamd ("praise"). An even more unequivocal prediction of the advent of the Prophet Muhammad - mentioned by name, in its Arabic form - is said to be forthcoming from the so-called Gospel of St. Barnabas, which, though now regarded as apocryphal, was accepted as authentic and was read in the churches until the year 496 of the Christian era, when it was banned as "heretical" by a decree of Pope Gelasius. However, since the original text of that Gospel is not available (having come down to us only in an Italian translation dating from the late sixteenth century), its authenticity cannot be established with certainty.(Quran Ref: 61:6 )
The corruption of scripture. That's why the Quran is incorruptible. It was memorised by 1000s of people, unlike the previous scriptures.

'A'isha reported that Allah's Apostle married her when she was seven years old, and she was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old. (Sahih Muslim, Book 008, Number 3311)
Here it mentions they had intercourse when she was nine:
"Aisha said: The Apostle of Allah married me when I was seven years old. The narrator Sulaiman said: Or six years. He had intercourse with me when I was nine years old. (Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 11, Number 2116)"

Within the story of Umar marries Umm Kulthum Daughter of 'Aliif, a 10-12 year old girl is not mature enough to marry then what do we say of a 9-year-old minor who hadn’t reached puberty yet marrying a man old enough to be her great great grandfather? After all, if the age of 47 made Umar too old for Umm Kulthum, then what does this say of a 54 year-old Muhammad marrying a prepubescent child?
How do we know Aisha had not yet reached puberty? Look here: Narrated 'Aisha:
I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah's Apostle used to enter (my dwelling place) they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for 'Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, NOT YET REACHED THE AGE OF PUBERTY.) @@ildipreni6136 This is factually incorrect. Let me demonstrate, and show how the New Testament references this passage when talking about Jesus Christ:
      1. Context and Language: The original text of Isaiah 42 is written in Hebrew, and the term used here is “עבדי” (avdi), meaning “my servant.” The name “Ahmad” does not appear in the Hebrew text. Additionally, the Greek Septuagint, an ancient translation of the Hebrew Bible, also does not use “Ahmad” or any equivalent term.
      2. The Servant in Isaiah: The servant in Isaiah 42 is described with attributes that align closely with the New Testament depiction of Jesus Christ. This servant is someone in whom God delights, who is filled with God’s Spirit, and who brings justice to the nations-qualities Christians attribute to Jesus. Furthermore, the New Testament references this passage in connection with Jesus (Matthew 12:18-21).
      3. Interpretations of Isaiah 42: Historically, Jewish and Christian scholars have interpreted Isaiah 42 as referring to the Messiah. Jewish interpretation often sees this servant as the nation of Israel or a messianic figure, while Christians see a direct fulfillment in Jesus Christ.
      4. The Name “Ahmad”: In Islamic tradition, “Ahmad” is considered a reference to Muhammad. However, the name “Ahmad” as a prophetic reference appears in the Quran (Surah As-Saff 61:6), and not in the Bible. The connection made by some Islamic scholars between “Ahmad” and Isaiah 42 is not supported by textual evidence from the Hebrew Scriptures.

@thesocialapologist I was not talking about "my servant", but about "whom I uphold". And these words in Hebrew are the same with the word Ahmad in Hebrew. But still, Isaiah 42 speaks about people of Kedar, meaning the arabs, and not about the Jews. It speaks about a prophet that will destroy idolatry and bring a new law. Jesus did not come to destroy the idolatry at the Jews, because the Jews were already monotheistic.
And Jesus did not bring a new law, because he was still within the Mosaic laws.

Because the Quran affirms the Torah and Gospel 16 times in the Quran, and we have the manuscript evidence that proves it has not changed even before the time of Muhammad, which means it is the same one he approved 16 times! That means that in the Old & New Testaments, God is referred to as Father. This means the Quran is affirming something, while also rejecting it, which means it has a contradiction in it. Because evidence shows it has not changed, like I demonstrated in this video.

    • @thesocialapologist
      @thesocialapologist  Před měsícem

@@amanpalestina9664 Lets see here, you make a couple of assumptions. First you say “we don’t have the original Aramaic to prove anything…” Jesus spoke Aramaic, Greek and Hebrew. Where in the Qur’an does it say that the Injeel was written in Aramaic? Nowhere. Yet we know by historical fact that what they had with them at the time between their hands was confirmed 16 times in the Qur’an, was the Old & New Testament. So you trying to hide behind a comment on “aramaic” means nothing, because it rests on your assumption that it should have been written in that language, yet thats not what the Qur’an claims.
Moving on, why are you lying about Muhammadim? Its Machmadim. In Song of Solomon 5:16, the Hebrew phrase “מחמדים” (machmadim) is used, which is commonly translated as “altogether lovely” or “desirable.” Some have argued that this word is a reference to Muhammad because of its phonetic similarity to his name. However, this interpretation is not supported by mainstream biblical scholarship or the context of the text.
The word “מחמדים” (machmadim) is a common Hebrew term used in various places in the Old Testament to denote something desirable or precious. It is a plural form of the word “מחמד” (machmad), meaning “desirable thing” or “precious thing.” The context of Song of Solomon 5:16 is a poetic and romantic description within the love poetry of Solomon, not a prophetic reference to a specific individual.
Therefore, the assertion that “Muhamadim” was in the original biblical text as a reference to Muhammad is a misinterpretation of the Hebrew language and the context of the scripture.
So now that we have sorted that out, I hope you will stop with this lie, because anyone can open the interlinear scriptures and see this lie.
Onus is on my for who the paracletos is? Easy, the Bible covers this, I can simply show you:
The term “Paraclete” appears in the Gospel of John, specifically in chapters 14, 15, and 16. Let’s examine the key passages:
      1. John 14:16-17: “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate (Paraclete) to help you and be with you forever-the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.”
      2. John 14:26: “But the Advocate (Paraclete), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.”
      3. John 15:26: “When the Advocate (Paraclete) comes, whom I will send to you from the Father-the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father-he will testify about me.”
      4. John 16:7: “But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate (Paraclete) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.”
      Key Points to Consider
      1. Eternal Presence: The Paraclete is described as being with the disciples forever (John 14:16-17). Muhammad, as a human being, could not fulfill this role of eternal presence. The Holy Spirit, however, as part of the Trinity, is eternal.
      2. Indwelling Presence: Jesus tells his disciples that the Paraclete will live with them and be in them (John 14:17). This indwelling presence is a defining characteristic of the Holy Spirit, not a human prophet.
      3. Teaching and Reminding: The Paraclete will teach the disciples all things and remind them of everything Jesus said (John 14:26). This ongoing, internal guidance is a role attributed to the Holy Spirit.
      4. Spirit of Truth: The Paraclete is called the “Spirit of truth” who will testify about Jesus (John 15:26). The connection with truth and testimony about Jesus aligns with the work of the Holy Spirit, not Muhammad.
      5. Sent by Jesus and the Father: The Paraclete is sent by both Jesus and the Father (John 15:26, 16:7). This unique sending reflects the relationship within the Trinity. Muhammad claimed to be sent by Allah, not by Jesus or a triune God.
      Addressing the Muslim Claim
Some Muslims claim that the original Greek word “Periklytos” (meaning “praised one”) was replaced with “Parakletos.” However, there is no manuscript evidence supporting this claim. All extant Greek manuscripts use “Parakletos,” which means “Advocate” or “Helper.”
We have looked into the entire passage now, and it is impossible that it can refer to Muhammad, especially when it actually says its the Holy Spirit that is sent by Jesus and the Father.

      Ah, so you deny your Quranic teaching then? These 16 verses affirm what the people had with them: S. 2:41, S. 2:89, S. 2:91, S. 2:97, S. 2:101, S. 3:3, S. 3:81, S. 4:47, S. 5:48, S. 6:92, S. 10:37, S. 12:111, S. 35:31, S. 37:37, S. 46:12, S. 46:30. Manuscript evidence affirms the gospel and Torah have not changed since even before the Quran what they had between their hands. Codex Vaticanus, Codex Sinaiticus, Dead Sea Scrolls...
Why does this matter to your comment? Because regardless of when it was written, your Quran affirms it, and manuscript evidence proves it is still the same. Your Quran in your hands (probably the Hafs) was canonized in 1924 with the Cairene text. Topkapi is dated mid 8th century, SAMMARQAND mid 8th century, MA’IL QUR’AN early 8th century, only 43 surrahs, AL HUSSEINI CAIRO mid 8th century, SANA’A: According to Ohlig (Ohlig and Puin 2009), this manuscript is the oldest parchment and papers of any Qur’anic manuscripts. That being said, more than half of the text is ambiguous letters which are in need of diacritical marks for understanding. This manuscript also contains different numeration, and surah arrangements. This manuscript contains 70 variants within 63 verses. An incomplete Quran.
So by your measurement of trusting something or not based on age of when it was written down, you cannot trust your Quran! If you use the Hafs version, thats 796AD! Warsh version? 812AD.
Look at the dates of your Qira'ats:
      Nafi’ al-Madani (Medina 689-785 AD)
      Qalun (835 AD) - Warsh (812 AD)
Ibn Kathir al Makki (Mecca 666-738 AD)
      Al-Bazzi (d. 864 AD) - Qunbul (d. 904 AD)
Abu ‘Amr Ibn al-’Ala’ (Basra 690-770 AD)
      Al-Duri (d. 860 AD) - Al-Susi (d. 874 AD)
      Ibn Amir ad-Dimashqi (Damascus d. 736 AD)
      Hisham (d. 859 AD) - Ibn Dhakwan (d. 857 AD)
Aasim Ibn Abi al-Najud (Kufa 700-745 AD)
      Shu' bah (d. 809 AD) - Hafs (d. 796 AD)
      Hamzah az-Zalyyat (Kufa 696-772 AD)
      Khalaf (d. 844 AD) - Khallad (d. 835 AD)
      Al-Kisa’i (Kufa 737-805 AD)
      Al-Layth (d. 854 AD) - Al-Duri (d. 860 AD)
      Abu Ja’far (Medina - d.748 AD)
      'Isa ibn Wardan (d. 777 AD) - Ibn Jummaz (d. 787 AD)
      Ya’qub al-Yamani (Basra - d. 821 AD)
      Ruwavs (d. 853 AD) - Rawh (d. 849 AD)
      Khalaf (Kufa - d. 844 AD)
      Ishaq (d. 899 AD) - Idris (d. 905 AD)
There is no canonical Quraishi Qur’an from 652 AD that can be supported by a complete manuscript. So by your own logic, you cannot trust the Qur'an. @@thechoice89 John 16:13 and Masculine Pronouns
The verse reads: “But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.”
      1. Contextual Analysis:
      • In John 14-16, Jesus is preparing his disciples for his departure and promising the coming of the Holy Spirit.
      • The Holy Spirit is referred to with masculine pronouns (he) to emphasize personhood rather than an impersonal force.
      2. Theological Understanding:
      • The consistent teaching in these chapters points to the Holy Spirit as the “Paraclete” or Advocate.
      • The Holy Spirit’s role is to guide, teach, and remind the disciples of Jesus’ teachings, which fits the broader context of Christian doctrine.
      3. Language and Pronouns:
      • The use of masculine pronouns in Greek does not imply a human figure but emphasizes the personal nature of the Holy Spirit.
      Song of Solomon and “Mohammadim”
The verse in Song of Solomon 5:16 is often cited: “His mouth is sweetness itself; he is altogether lovely (machmadim). This is my beloved, this is my friend, daughters of Jerusalem.”
      1. Linguistic Analysis:
      • The term “machmadim” is a Hebrew word that means “altogether lovely” or “desirable.”
      • The suffix “-im” in Hebrew is a plural of respect, not necessarily indicating a name but an expression of beauty or excellence.
      2. Contextual Interpretation:
      • Song of Solomon is a poetic and allegorical book celebrating love and marriage.
      • Interpreting this verse as referring to a specific person named “Mohammad” disregards the poetic and contextual framework of the text.
Deuteronomy 18:18 and the Prophet Like Moses
The verse says: “I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their fellow Israelites, and I will put my words in his mouth. He will tell them everything I command him.”
      1. Contextual Analysis:
      • The phrase “from among their fellow Israelites” indicates that this prophet will be an Israelite, not an Arab.
      • The New Testament identifies Jesus as the fulfillment of this prophecy (Acts 3:22-23).
      2. Comparison with Moses:
      • Jesus, like Moses, was a mediator of a covenant, performed miracles, and had a unique relationship with God.
      • While Muhammad is an important figure in Islam, the characteristics and the lineage specified in Deuteronomy do not align with him according to the Christian understanding.
      Catholic Bible Dictionary Reference
      1. Verification and Interpretation:
      • It is crucial to check the specific source and context within the Catholic Bible Dictionary being cited.
      • Typically, Catholic and broader Christian scholarship does not recognize Muhammad as a fulfillment of Deuteronomy 18:18 but acknowledges him as a significant religious leader in Islam.
      Conclusion
From a Christian apologetic perspective, while respecting the Islamic view, the biblical passages cited do not support the claim that Muhammad is mentioned in the Bible. The context, linguistic analysis, and theological framework provide a different understanding consistent with Christian teachings.

Is Allah the father to anyone? Just in case you haven't read your Quran, no he doesnt. Allah is a father to no one. So therefore the Old Testament Prophets were never Muslim, and neither was Jesus, since he also referred to the Father. Stop with this terrible argument, it only exposes yet another contradiction in the Quran when it affirms the Torah and the Gospels 16 times, of which manuscript evidence shows it has not changed, therefore affirming the calling of God "the Father", while contradicting itself with allah being a father to no one.

This will be fun. Lets refute your refutation.
The Holy Spirit as the Comforter
      1. John 14:16-17
      Jesus says:
"And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever-the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you."
      In this passage:
The term "advocate" (Greek: Parakletos) can also be translated as "comforter," "helper," or "counselor."
Jesus promises the coming of the Holy Spirit, who will be with believers forever.
      2. John 14:26
"But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you."
      Here:
Jesus explicitly identifies the Advocate as the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit’s role includes teaching and reminding believers of Jesus' teachings.
      3. John 15:26
"When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father-the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father-he will testify about me."
      This verse emphasizes:
The Holy Spirit, sent by Jesus from the Father, will testify about Jesus.
The Holy Spirit is described as the "Spirit of truth."
      4. John 16:7-14
"But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment: about sin, because people do not believe in me; about righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; and about judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned. I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you."
      In this passage:
Jesus explains the necessity of his departure for the Advocate to come.
The Holy Spirit will convict the world concerning sin, righteousness, and judgment.
The Holy Spirit will guide believers into all truth, speak what he hears, and glorify Jesus.
The Role of the Holy Spirit
      1. Teacher and Reminder
John 14:26 highlights the teaching and reminding function of the Holy Spirit. He helps believers understand and recall Jesus' teachings.
      2. Testifier of Jesus
John 15:26 indicates that the Holy Spirit testifies about Jesus, confirming his identity and mission.
      3. Guide into All Truth
John 16:13 underscores the guiding role of the Holy Spirit. He leads believers into deeper understanding and application of God's truth.
      4. Convicter of Sin, Righteousness, and Judgment
John 16:8-11 describes the convicting work of the Holy Spirit. He reveals the truth about sin, righteousness, and judgment, helping people recognize their need for Jesus.
      Conclusion
The New Testament clearly identifies the Holy Spirit as the Comforter (Parakletos) promised by Jesus. The Holy Spirit’s roles include teaching, reminding, testifying about Jesus, guiding into truth, and convicting the world. These functions align with the characteristics described by Jesus, emphasizing the Holy Spirit's ongoing presence and work in the lives of believers.
By examining these passages, it becomes evident that the Comforter Jesus promised is indeed the Holy Spirit, not another human prophet. This understanding is foundational to Christian theology and is supported by the context and content of Jesus' teachings in the Gospels.
      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Second topic of the daughter being dead or alive:
Jairus' Daughter (Mark 5:21-24 and Matthew 9:18-20):
In Mark, Jairus initially says his daughter is dying (Mark 5:23), but later messengers report her death (Mark 5:35).
In Matthew, the account is condensed, and Jairus immediately states she has died (Matthew 9:18). The essence remains that Jesus raised her from the dead.
      ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You don't get to gish gallop questions, without me also asking you questions about Islam, because I also have a bunch that no Muslim was able to sufficiently answer. So here are mine:
      1. These verses affirm the Torah and the Gospels: S. 2:41, S. 2:89, S. 2:91, S. 2:97, S. 2:101, S. 3:3, S. 3:81, S. 4:47, S. 5:48, S. 6:92, S. 10:37, S. 12:111, S. 35:31, S. 37:37, S. 46:12, S. 46:30. Where does the Quran mention that they are corrupt? The Quran criticizes specific individuals for their actions and misinterpretations, but it also affirms the Torah and the Gospel as divine revelations. It does not teach that these scriptures were entirely corrupted at all, but rather that individuals tried to do it.

@@thesocialapologist let's see if you can.
Jesus never spoke Greek. He spoke Aramaic during his ministry. Let's analyze the verse that you presented:
"And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Comforter,27 that He may abide with you forever" (John 14:16)
First of all, since Aramaic and Arabic are both Middle Eastern languages and have some similarities in them, I must tell you that in Arabic the words "father (as your biological father)" and "GOD" both mean the same word "Rab". So, Jesus saying "And I will pray the Father..." could really be read as "And I will pray to GOD "
Now as to "and He will give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever", as a Muslim I believe that this is referring to Prophet Muhammad, since Muhammad in Arabic means "the glorified" or "the honored", and "Periklytos" in Greek also means "the honored" one.
I know that Christians believe that the Greek word for "comforter" is translated from the word "Paraclete" ("Ho Parakletos" in Greek). Parakletos in Greek is interpreted as "an advocate", one who pleads the cause of another, one who councils or advises another from deep concern for the other's welfare (Beacon Bible commentary volume VII, p.168).
But if we look at the case of John 14:26, we find that it is the only verse of the Bible which associates the Parakletos with the Holy Spirit. But if we were to go back to the "ancient manuscripts" themselves, we would find that they are not all in agreement that the "Parakletos" is the Holy Spirit. For instance, in the famous the Codex Syriacus, written around the fifth century C.E., and discovered in 1812 on Mount Sinai by Mrs.Agnes S. Lewis (and Mrs. Bensley), the text of John 14:26 reads; "Paraclete, the Spirit"; and not "Paraclete, the Holy Spirit."
Spirit in the Bible refers to "Human Prophets" and not Ghost Spirits. Take this example:
"Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world," (1 John 4:1-3)
Therefore, there is ample proofs that Jesus predicted a coming of a Human Comforter and not the Holy Spirit as Christians falsely believe. The advocate and the Glorified one that was foretold by Jesus is a Human Prophet and not a Holy Ghost. This human prophet is Muhammad peace be upon him, and the the Noble Quran, the revelation that Muhammad brought from Allah Almighty is what "will abide with us forever" as Jesus said.
Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. (From the KJV Bible, Matthew 21:43)"
And here "Kingdom of God" is not just referring to the Heavenly Kingdom. In fact, from the context it is more referring to the One Religion, and Covenant and the earthly System that will lead Mankind to GOD Almighty, Righteousness and Piety. This One Religion and System is Islam. And Islam is the Original Faith and the One Religion of GOD Almighty to mankind, even according to the Bible's Scriptures.
Another point worth mentioning here also from the context, is that the nation here is a stranger one. Jesus didn't say "my nation" or "my followers" or "my people". No, he spoke of an outside nation, a different nation than what they have. And we know from the Bible how Prophet Muhammad was foretold, and even the Path to Mecca (Makkah) was called "The Path of Holiness". The lands of Kedar.

@@thesocialapologist Mark used a literary tool known as transvaluation to take themes from Homer's Odyssey(800 BCE) in the construction of his Gospel(70 CE) Which all later Gospels are based on.
Comparison - Odyssey and Jesus • Both sail seas with crew/apostles who are weak under stress • Both oppose supernatural foes, visit dead heroes, prophesy their own return in third person. • Both are anointed by a woman who washes their feet and recognizes their identity. • Both calm storms, feed thousands at a shore. • Both have a mysterious, unnamed, naked boy fleeing [at Jesus' arrest) • Like Jesus, Odysseus is a carpenter
-Jesus and Odysseus both escape death from a rocky cave with a stone that requires superhuman forces to move -The death of Agamemnon and John the Baptist are compared- both are narrated as a flashback; multiple characters in these stories align. Furthermore, the murders of both occur during a feast where Agamemnon was killed on dishes and John the Baptist's head is brought on a platter.
The way Jesus describes his second coming is strikingly identical to the plot of the Odessy. In Mark 13:34-36 "it is like a man away on a journey, who upon leaving his house and putting his slaves in charge assigning to each his task and also commanding his doorkeeper to stay alert. Therefor be on the alert for you to not know when the master of the house is coming"
This is exactly what happens in the Odessy. Odysseus leaves his home on a journey, spends 16 years trying to get back home. He leaves his servants in charge of his house and eventually does come home, and his servants don't recognize him, because he's disguised as a begger.
This parable would have been a wink to the Greek readers who were all very familiar with the Odyssey.
The Odyssey has the goddess Athena flying down from Zeus to speak to the son (Telemachus) to assure him he is the son of a great king and has a mission to reclaim that kingdom, and then flies back to heaven like a bird, while the Gospel of Marl has the Holy Spirit descending like a dove from God to the son (Jesus) and proclaims him to be the son of God. In both cases the divine voice speaks to the hero so only he can hear despite the presence of others.
Odysseus and Jesus both have a transfiguration -Odysseus is transformed by Athena and dressed in a well-washed cloak; Jesus is transformed by god in clothes that become dazzling white. • Telemachus was terrified by Odysseus' transformation; The disciples were terrified by Jesus' transformation • Odysseus demands Telemachus keep his identity secret; Jesus demands the disciples tell no one what they had seen,
      • Jesus has two stories where he feeds crowds, one off the shore of the sea, the other on land. In the Odyssey. Telemachus has a feast and feeds a crowd and a second feast in Sparta. • Both sail to the first feast off a shore and travel by land to the second. • Both feed thousands (Jesus 5000, Telemachus 4500) • At the first feast, both bless the food and divide the portions; Everyone ate and was filled; • At the second feast, both are land locked; they take bread, wine, and meat/fish; Homer uses the meal to educate Telemachus in hospitality, Mark uses the meals to illustrate Jesus' hospitality and to educate the disciples

2- Doesn't have to be corrupted: It could be hidden, anything could have happened to it other than corruption (even though the Old and New Testament books have been changed, I'm talking about the Torah and Ingil, revealed to Prophet Moses and Prophet Jesus)
