    This fluid practice will leave you feeling awake, yet calm and relaxed in just 30 minutes.
    You will move into a space of pure joy. We recommend doing the Uluwatu Flow tutorial before practicing.

    Uluwatu flow } Lateral Side Body IT Love and Ardha Mats flow } Followed with some creative core work } Then winding down with hamstring and hip opening
    We finish with a deep relaxation and drift into a consciously connected meditation.
