We visited PGA Verano last year and it truly is a beautiful development. We plan on goin there for a second look this summer. Yes the prices are higher. We are hoping they start to come down as I've seen elsewhere in Florida. If they begin to sell the model Please post.

That not there problem the problem they have is the HOA is too high $500 plus.
It’s not home when you see what you’re getting. They cut the grass for your front and back, cable is included. Internet is included. Irrigation is included. Security monitoring is included all the amazing amenities. The gym is included Pickleball. It goes on and on.
@@SonsireFloridaRealtor Bryan in Stuart Fl is only $250 you get just as much which I don t need that where I locking my brother build there three yrs already double his money. Some other places are getting nuts with HOA I saw yesterday in port Lucie HOA $700

I was just about to put a deposit the same rime they change the models. Glad I didn’t b/c did not realize about the HOA prices.
The hoa is $500 - it covers cable, internet, lawn care, irrigation and club talavera.
I wish you could rent one for a week to check things out.....
You could rent an airbnb in the area and go into verano to see the models and drive around. Verano doesn't allow airbnb.
And they change the models the old models are better
