Here is what I think will happen to PH-Japan RAA.
I believe Japan will also request the Philippines to build a base like what the American EDCA sites.
I'm sure they will finance a base in the Philippines that Japan can easily access and their standard.
I also believe Japan will populate some Radars in the West Philippines sea possibly in Philippine Rise.
These radars can also be accessed by the two countries. An advantage to Japan to monitor China along with these regions.
Sort of an early warning to Japan and the Philippines.

@@Rahmat-qo3ue US military have always been in the Philippines even in the past, it's part of the defense pact of US-Philippines. China promised ex-president Duterte with projects and businesses if he removed US militaries in the Philippines. Duterte followed and kicked the US soldiers but after the US left China started invading Philippine water territories and built more artificial islands. China also updated their 9-dash line to 10-dash line and have taken more territory from the Philippines. Duterte cannot ask for US assistance because he's embarrassed after what he did to the US. that's why president Marcos is trying his best to fix the friendship with the US. Duterte almost destroyed the Philippines-US alliance because Duterte believed too much on China's promises. president Marcos also know he can't just rely on USA that's why he is rushing on making more alliances with countries that are willing to sign. im sure if Indonesia is willing to take the risk of Philippine alliance then Marcos would have already offered but sadly most SEA countries aren't willing to make any military alliances. China wants other countries divided because it's easier to take over. look at Tibet, it's now Chinese territory because no one is willing to help them against China. Mongolia is also slowly being taken over by China and no one will help them. Philippines is just trying to prevent that by making more alliances.

LIKE YOU SAID, IT'S ALMOST A CENTURY AGO. TODAY IS ALREADY 2024. PH AND JAPAN ARE GOOD FRIENDS. ALSO, WE HAVE KICKED OUT SPANISH, AMERICAN AND JAPANESE COLONIZERS BEFORE, WHAT MADE YOU THINK CHINA THE THIEF IS AN EXCEPTION?

The exercise will give Japan a chance to see if the Philippines will be subservient to the superior Japan. Japan will decide whether to employ Philippines soldiers in colonizing China.

PROVOCATIONS? WHY? DID WE ATTACK ANY COUNTRY? THAT IS JUST MUTUAL COOPERATION AS ALLIES ,IT'S FOR DEFENSE STRENGTHENING ESP WE HAVE EXTERNAL THREATS FROM CHINA. CHINA STEALING MANY NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES' TERRITORIES, BUILDING MAN MADE ISLANDS AND MILITARIZING THEM AND HARASSING MANY PEOPLE FRO DIFF COUNTRIES, NOT PROVOCATIONS? ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Japan had committed untold amount of atrocities against the Filipinos. It's difficult to understand why the Philippines would engage in military cooperation with Japan. It's like befriending a wolf in human skin. It must be the US who pushed the wolf to the Philippines. When the wolf attacks, don't tell us that we didn't tell you.
