Perk is wrong. They aren’t supposed to do anything except win the series. Doesn’t matter in how many games. It’s the first to 4 wins. Perk is saying all this while he forgets his championship winning team beat the hawks in 7, the Cavs in 7. The hawks series they were supposed to sweep and they went 7 yet he talks about this current team that won in 5, as something that is wrong. Perk has zero self awareness.

Celtics will cruise to the NBA finals..Nobody in the East is a real challenge for them. If they get Denver or Minnesota in the finals , that would be a great series either way.
I want to see them play the Thunder... that would be a fast-paced action-packed series. Denver & the 'Wolves are good, but the pace is going to be slow and low-scoring in those match-ups.

If the Celtics continue playing as well as they can without Porzingis (21-4) and make it to the finals,they still have a shot at winning against Denver (assuming DEN is even there), they just might not be favored anymore
The Celtics won't beat Denver without Porzhingis. They won't beat Minnesota without Porzhingis. Those two teams have very good to great centers. Celtics will get hurt inside against those teams without Porzhingis.
How they wish they should treat the regular season more seriously and finished better in the standings to avoid meeting Cs in the 1st round. More respectable to lose in the semis or ecf rather than being smacked down so early. Be careful of what you wish😂
No they wanted the match up. The heat are never scared. The Celtics should be embarrassed to lose to a weak heat team without two of their starters. They would have already been knocked out in the west unless they got pelicans or okc as a match up.

Considering they went 21-4 with out kp obviously he’s a huge piece of our offense but we got a deep bench and nobody bringing up the last 2 games of the season or secondary and third bench players dropped more than 130 in both games against both teams starters…. We will raise banner 18 this year

we’re acting like Al Horford and Rob Williams were the problem last year. yes they made mistakes but it was the Jays mentality and the inability to guard on the wing that meant their loss. The Jays are looking more mentally tough and able to win, and hopefully they can.

I feel like this is disingenuous from Kendrick Perkins. While KP does provide a lot of defensive presents, Luke kornet is taller than Al horford and stronger than Porzingis.
