Why not take a blow dryer/ hair dryer and heat each letter after installing and press them down tight?
Just a little extra to make sure they stick.

I NOTICED THAT YOUR LETTERS ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER GUYS I'VE SEEN INSTALLING IN SOME OTHER VIDEOS, IN THAT YOUR LETTERS APPEAR TO SHOW A SATIN FINISH, WHILE ALL THE OTHERS HAVE BEEN SHINY BLACK GLOSS?? DON'T GET ME WRONG, FRANK; BOTH TYPES LOOK GOOD TO ME, ITS JUST THAT THE SATIN FINISH ONES YOU HAVE MATCH THE BLACK SATIN FINISH OF THE TAILGATE HANDLE, SO I THINK THAT CREATES A MORE UNIFIED, FACTORY-TYPE LOOK, WHICH I HAPPEN TO LIKE, SO ITS NICE TO SEE THEY GAVE YOU A CHOICE!! @@frankshandymanservice my date that Ford has given me, is 2-23-22. My dealership feels like ,it will be sometime next week. Which would be a week early. They had one come in that was ordered for a customer that arrived a week early last week. I'm hoping mine does come early too, since I have been waiting for over 7 months now, for it to arrive.

I've heard, wait for the temperature, to be around 70-75°....for better results.
I guess that could help. I installed mine a while ago in cold temperature and the letters did super well. I think the most important thing is to make sure the surface is nice and clean to get the best adhesion.
I had to return mine, got a w instead of the M
I have done very similar with Woodglut designs.
Seriously? if people need a tutorial for this they shouldnt have a car. You learn how to put stickers on things at age 3, and there are 800 videos of this. Thumbs down, why is this recommended?
