About cupping, it took me about 10 days till the bruises were gone. I don't think I will try the cupping again unless this video goes viral and crazy famous 🤣🤣

I was always afraid of needles, so I didn't try acupuncture, but then I tried once, and it was OK. Only bad thing was the almost immediate sensitivity when they took them about hahaha like an extremely hard deep massages that leaves you muscle pain for days 😂

When I tried this kind of threatment once, a lot of blood bubbles poped up from one of the glass cups on my back... it stayed for 2 weeks like this. I was reading that when someone put so much pressure in the cups this kind of reaction could happen. So, since of this experience I have never tried this again.

What’s the cupping good for? And after getting the cups off what was the feeling you felt? Did it hurt the consecutive days?
After the cups were off, I felt nothing than normal (no pain, no aches, only the dark red bruises on my back which faded awy after about 10 days)....
The clinic website described the benefits of cupping to help: Breaks up muscle cramps. Stop the painful event. Relieves pain and relieves congestion to facilitate blood flow. Etc. (however, the results of treatment depend on the characteristics and condition of each individual)
If you look for example at the back of michael phelps you can see cupping marks aswell. It’s often used in muscle recovery:)

Ok so the cupping would like to know if at the end when all start to heal do they hurt like a bruise or ? , do they heal like a bruise too?
No they are only painful on the first day but usually pain will end about 2-3 hours later but the bruise takes up to a week to dissappear

Most of the aches and pains went away because of the acupuncture. In my own experience, I didn't feel much benefit result from the cupping

Fire cupping is painful. But, with the skilled of skill(s), the practitioner may exercise precaution in terms of reducing the level of pain, with acupuncture too. Sweet lil Ms Doctor here did quite ok.

I just want to know if it worked on her chronic pain
The acupuncture worked well for me, especially on my wrist (I felt about 70% better on that day and the pain just disappeared later I dont know when), I felt a lot better on my shoulder blades too but the pain back about a week later
About the fire cupping, I did not feel any different in terms of healing chronic pain, maybe it helped improve blood circulation inside my body (Im not certainly sure)
