- Hello everyone. This video is about ASMR acupuncture and massage for skin care. I would like to share with you my experience of having acupuncture for face and body at Amalie, an acupuncture clinic in Shibuya, Tokyo! The acupuncturist was Nozomi Fujihara. The
client is Mayu Watanabe, a barber at Premium Barber this time.
Fujiwara is an acupuncture and massage therapist who also works as an athletic trainer. (She participated in last year's Bachelor Japan 4)
Many people think acupuncture is painful! Many people think that acupuncture hurts, but Nozomi Fujihara's acupuncture is gentle and does not overstimulate, yet it is very responsive to the client's needs. The needles used are as thin as a hair, and all are disposable, so even first-timers can receive treatment with peace of mind.

I would love to relax like that but my fear of needles would never allow it, however this is so satisfying
It actually painless....
I try before on my leg.... It may cause sore on acupuncture site but then after rest the site will improve
You don't feel the needles. Sometimes you can feel the energy moving when a point is released and that feels weird, but not painful. Very beneficial also is acupressure, same energetic manipulation, but with hands or objects instead of the traditional needles.
Why would you be so irrationally afraid of something when you see it clearly is harmless? Overcome, silly.
Would it help you to know that accupucture is so effective that it has been used on the battlefield for thousands of years to save the lives and limbs of many soldiers. Greatest medicine in my humble opinion for anything from anesthesia in severing a half blown off leg or just simple facial muscle relaxation ( which i did not know was used for non medicine as well. I learn a lot from watching spa asmr videos. LOL.

I didn't think an acupuncture video would be for me, but I saw that Mayu Watanabe was it in so I had to watch it - and I really enjoyed it! Now we need a barber video where Nozomi Fujihara gets a whole treatment from Mayu-san 😊

And while accupuncture is fun as a concept, I'm not sure I'd ever accept doing some. All thoses tiny needles... argh. I guess it's not painful, but like you really need to stay put when you're stabbed all over, it sounds like an uncomfortable position.
Either way, great video, TAM! I was waiting for the accupuncture video since your announcements about it. Especially the electric machine has a nice sound to it

yeah, just by looking at those tiny needles, especially while inserting it on her stomach make my stomach feel uncomfortable, must be tickle for sure and i definitely can't hold my laugh if i was there 😅😅
Fish oil (krill for the astaxanthin) + hydrolyzed collagen in your coffee (3g-5g daily) and 500mg of vitamin C daily (avoid chewable, bad for enamel) and that's pretty much the best one can intake for their skin specifically.
