TRAVEL VLOG: PORTLAND 2024 | porsche studio, best s'mores, places to eat, multnomah falls

Our first time in Oregon and our first couple trip together. So many great food spots; we will definitely be back. The biggest highlight was definitely 1927 S'mores Company -- we went every single night we were there. Fun places to see such as Multnomah Falls (seen in Twilight), Porsche Studio, Multnomah Whiskey Library (a library bar that you can get a membership and separate secret entrance to), Powell's Bookstore (largest used and new bookstore in the world). As travelers from California, we loved the no sales tax -- even on the food. We enjoyed so many restaurants: Gumba (Top 100 restaurants on Yelp in 2023), Stepping Stone (breakfast diner recommended by locals), the chain Din Tai Fung, and a smash burger food truck: Monster Smash Burgers. Downtown had lots of walkable places such as VooDoo donuts and Pine Street Market or other local food halls. Coffee shops were also nearby. We were happy to stay at the Marriott Bidwell hotel to relax and recharge each day.
