- A&Z #988 - Randy Santel vs Macarena's 7-8lb Undefeated Supreme "Anaconda" Mexican Burrito Challenge at Macarena's Mexican Food in Liberty, Missouri!! A few weeks after finishing my Florida Tour with @KatinaEatsKilos, I started a Midwest USA Food Challenge Tour. For event #17, I traveled up and over to Liberty, Missouri which is just northeast of Kansas City, MO. There, I tried to become the first person to conquer the 7-8lb undefeated Supreme "Anaconda" Mexican Burrito Challenge at Macarena's Mexican Food, which now has a second location available in Kansas City, MO. I had 45 minutes to finish 4 burrito sized flour tortillas filled with 1/2 chicken and 1/2 pork plus lots of Mexican rice, refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, shredded cheese, and more, served dry with some optional sauces on the side. I was trying to win my $32.95 burrito meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and the 1st spot on the Liberty location's Wall of Fame!! BIG thanks to the owners Pablo & Nick and everyone with Macarena's Mexican Food for the wonderful Mexican food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to the amazing people who came that Friday evening to watch and meet me!! Macarena's Mexican Food's Supreme "Anaconda" Burrito Challenge in Liberty, Missouri ($32.95):
- There are Macarena's Mexican Food locations in Liberty, MO (original) and Kansas City, MO.
- This Supreme "Anaconda" Mexican Burrito Challenge is available at both. Please call in advance!!
- There are 4 giant burrito sized flour tortillas filled with your choice of meat(s) plus Mexican rice.
- There are scoops of refried beans plus lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
- The burrito is served dry and there is a 45 minute time limit to finish the entire thing.

he also doesnt throw up his food afterwards like some of the "bigger" eaters. Look at his stomach, he digests it all. Unfortunately it is one of the taboos of competitive eating- those that look sucked up and withered are throwing their food up afterwards.

That makes me wish that there's someone who make a vegan anaconda burrito challenge. You just need to substitute 2 things as well. Maybe with mushrooms and eggs?
For the cheese there's plenty of vegan cheese too nowadays.

I don’t mind watching Randy eat. There are a lot of other competitive eaters that are gross to watch eat. In my opinion anyway. Randy is always neat and informative. Can’t watch Molly eat, or beard meets food, or the GOAT Joey Chestnut. But I can watch Randy all day long. The best out there for me

@Michael Simms if you enjoy watching them sloppily eat, and constantly dunk their food in water or soda, which is also gross as hell, than that’s cool with me. Randy is my guy though. He’s won almost 1000 food challenges. I think that qualifies as a professional competitive eater. Just because he’s not doing challenges against other professionals, doesn’t make him any less as professional as the fastest out there. Those other guys don’t have half the charisma or charm Randy has.

I haven’t watched randy in a while it’s hard to watch him gain the weight he does even tho Ik he’s heathy about it and works hard to be able to do it just watching the physical transformation he puts his body through to do it I always find upsetting

Randy took a shot at the Chicago Cubs, yet they've won the World Series much more recently than the Cardinals and just finished a stretch where they made it to the playoffs 5 out of 6 years and made it to the NLCS 3 years in a row. Yeah, it looks like they're going back to being lovable losers for a while now, but he has no room to brag, especially given how both teams have wet the bed this season despite high expectations. But good win by him.
