After leaving Tennessee as part of my Midwest USA Food Challenge Tour, I traveled all the way up to the Louisville, Kentucky area where I attempted 3 different delicious food challenges. For restaurant eating challenge #3, I visited Chubby Ray's Original Louisville Pizza Co. & Bistro in Jeffersontown, Kentucky which is just outside of Louisville, KY. There, I attempted Chubby Ray's 7lb "Fat Teddy" Supersized Double Cheeseburger Challenge w/ a Hawaiian bun which was so delicious!! 4 of my competitive eating friends had previously beaten this burger challenge and I was hoping to join them up on the Wall of Fame!! I had 1 hour to feast on two huge 2.5lb beef burger patties, each after being cooked, weighing ~2lbs (4lbs beef total). Each patty was topped with 4-5 slices of cheddar cheese plus healthy lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and dill pickles. That was all served on a giant Hawaiian bun with a 1lb basket of crinkle cut fries. I was trying to become the 5th or 6th champion to win my $60 supersized double cheeseburger meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Chubby Ray's Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to Leon the chef and everyone with Chubby Ray's Original Louisville Pizza Co. & Bistro for the great food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to the amazing people who came up that Sunday afternoon in early June to watch and meet me!! Chubby Ray's 7lb "Fat Teddy" Double Cheeseburger Challenge in Jeffersontown, Kentucky ($60):
- Chubby Ray's Original Louisville Pizza Co. & Bistro has been serving the Jeffersontown, Kentucky area for many years now. They offer delicious burgers, pizzas, chicken wings, sandwiches, and more!!
- This "Fat Teddy" Supersized Double Cheeseburger Challenge has been available for many years.
- There are two 2.5lb 100% beef burger patties that each cook down to weighing 2lbs (4lbs total).
- Each burger patty is topped with 4-5 cheese slices of your choosing - I ordered cheddar cheese.
- The top burger patty is covered with healthy lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickle slices too.
- Everything is served on a giant 1lb Hawaiian sweet bun with a 1lb basket of crinkle cut fries.
- There is a 1 hour time limit to finish everything. The local beer I drank in the video was optional.
- Winners receive the $60 supersized cheeseburger meal plus a sweet t-shirt and Wall of Fame!!

I've noticed when large burgers us many normal patties rather than one huge one the meal seems to come out better.

Randy Santel: Healthy vegetables
Vegetables aren't healthy though. They are actually quite toxic. It's a defense mechanism of the plant. Also, these "vegetables" are man made and cultivated. They do not exist as we get them in our civilization, in the natural world. And in the natural world, they are even more toxic. I always find it interesting when people say healthy vegetables. It shows how brainwashed and programmed they are. What is healthy to men and women is meat. Preferably raw. We are obligate carnivores.

Hi Randy, my dad is obsessed with your videos and I then in turn became a fan.
We would watch you together and bet or guess how long it would take for you to finish the meal.
He’s unfortunately unwell in hospital with covid/previous underlying health issues and we’re not sure if he’ll come back out ☹️.
It was his dream to go to America and do a food tour just like what you do (we’re from Australia) and he would talk about meeting you.
I’m missing him a lot today as we can’t visit as he’s in isolation so the next best thing is watching you smash some food down!

WOW Randy you were struggling with those fries....it is a lot of food. JUST A THOUGHT...Have you ever thought of doing a veggie challenge 🤔 such as a huge salad or several salads 🥗 a huge veggie meal or vegan. There are vegan and veggie restaurants that make big meatless burgers with sweet potatoes. Since you like vegetables 🌽🍅🥬🥦🥒🫑

The acid in the lemonade helps cut the fat in the burger, same goes for pickles, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard (basically anything with vinegar)
