Did You Need This On Your Windshield Visor?

A phone number index, like a Rolodex, from Pronto for your windshield visor probably from the 1990's. It works but it would have been dangerous to use when the car was in motion. Of course we just use voice control today. A pocket notebook would hold more information and have been quicker and safer I think.
