The only problem with drifting is the posers. I used to drift a little back in the day with a slammed S10 for fun since the truck was more of a show truck. It had too much HP for what it was and would never hook. Funny thing is the same posers busting my balls are now the biggest drift dorks complete with fake rub marks and every Japanese trinket possible. It's funny because none of them can actually drift, they sit around talking about who's got the most angle but never use it. I'll go out and rip harder in my juiced Toyota taco and they'll just talk shit. There's a few other older guys that rip locally and they're down but the scene around me is fucked. Back in the day drifting was just about having fun, that's all. As soon as they tried to make it a sport like racing and became mainstream it went downhill.
