2.काला नमक-1/4 चम्मच
3.अज्वाएन-1 चम्मच
4.छोटी इलायची4-5 न बीज
5.अदरक-4 चम्मच
5 चम्मच गुड़, पानी, धीमी आंच पर पिघलने पर, सब डाल दीजिये
1-2 मिनट तक ही, गुड जलना नहीं चाहिए, कांच मे रख लीजिए
