Doc, if you cure the bonding agent prior to seating the venner, Will venner fit properly?

The film thickness of the adhesive in this video (Bisco All bond universal) is 10 micrometer, while the cement space should be with in 40 micrometer, also, the best marginal fit should be around 20-30 micrometer.
