We experience staff taking photos and videos so we enquire about the data controllers contact and its refused. Drone is cut short due to the rain.

GDPR doesn’t apply to individuals only companies and corporations, if they don’t want info seen the have a duty to protect it and conceal it.

These days a company mobile is like handing over a password as it likely has an Authenticator app to allow access to email, documents and the like. Maybe even a VPN for remote access to the internal network iteself.

You seem quite confrational in this one, where as in others you used to give alot more info out and educate them on things drone weight etc etc straight away when they queried it , nowadays you seem to be playing along with them alot of the time and relying on them to tell you the info to see if they know, while you act as if you not up to speed with drone laws aswell. ( which you are lol ) . Good video though.

I get the point(s) you are making DJE , if nobody else does. Drone pilots are responsible for flying it safely, not them, and you are quite correct about the GDPR. I think the woman eventually realised this also and redeemed the situation a little by coming out and giving you the contact details. They didn't want you filming and were going around in circles and made themselves look silly to try and make you go away. 👍
