I have some photos of Taty and friends when they made their first trip to the U.S. It was in 1999 or 2000? Coco Beach Fla. Young kids full of excitement and enthusiam. They performed freestyle that the old seasoned sailors had never seen. It was a crazy good time. billkeitel V.P. Emeritus USWA
Slalom and freestyle sailing is great. Winds typically 15 - 20 knots but increases to 25 knots during parts of the year. 'Would I go back' - I live on Bonaire 8 months of the year, so yes, I would go back :) . Bonaire is a dry tropical island - don't expect to find rain forest conditions. Bonaire does not have the wealth of an island like Aruba - if that is what you want, go to Aruba.

Given your criteria, I'd say Bonaire would work well for you :) !!

nice!
Bonaire. Like. By the way, pumping the sail is ugly and impatient looking, especially when there's plenty of wind.
But it is fast, and if its fast it don't matter how it looks
