Not very good jibes. As you enter, you have to unhook, drop your bottom, sheet in hard and let the rig throw you inside the center of the turn, at full power. .... When you flip the rig, place hands pretty close to each other, drop your bottom again (the front foot has to be close enough to the mast to be able to hold the blast of power you'll experience when you reach 90 degrees again) and that's it. If you do so you won't stop planning. Guy Cribb and his DVD intuition is a good source of knowledge.
