- This vlog is sort of a crazy mix of my day with Sophie & a long car chat about some recovery updates - so grab a snack and get ready!
Having the energy to spend time with my friends is something I am so excited to have gained in recovery! Being able to go out all day, eat new and different foods and enjoy my life is a feeling that became so foreign to me before my recovery journey and I am so grateful to have it back!

So glad to hear the progress you've been making! With the calorie counting, I literally struggled with that for so long... Being able to ignore it like you said sounds great though. Lately I've put in a rule with myself that if I'm totting up the numbers it's usually to work out whether I "should" eat something, and therefore I try to just shut it down and take it as a sign that I definitely should and NEED to eat whatever it is! I hope that makes sense haha, it's been really helping me xx

Did you/ are you struggling with losing your period? I would love to hear you talk about hormones in recovery :)
I’ve had a Mirena for 2+ years, so I don’t know if I’d lost my period or not. But, I did have a few other hormonal issues (acne etc.) that I can talk about in a video!
