I don't understand rose have the ability to see someone future or past and know their name especially ryu why rose does not use it to see or know dhalsim name? I understand that she does not see Ingrid's future or past due to being supernatural why not in dhalsim?

cause rose want that powerful during the alphas. she never had powers that could hint she could time travel either...
which is why she was scared of bison and weaker then him. why bison one shots her in her ending or guys i forgot.
she has some psychic power but it aint anythin that impressive. like professor X from xmen or something. lol.
dhalsim tho yoga power and mind powers are OP. even bisons takes notice of that in their pre fight dialogue.
he even made cammy break free of her shadoloo programing after he encountered her. respect the sim.

but its crazy she isnt suppose to be that
powerful or able to do things like that. originally she was the weaker side of bisons soul or something. which he cast out of his body so he can use the psycho powers to its fullest extent.
but it looks like her story is over tho. since sf6 is here and no rose at all in dlc. maybe in future she might be. but i doubt it. her story was pretty much done in alpha....
