The CZcams channel Watchdutchmd was always looking for new adventures and interesting projects to share with their followers. One day they decided to explore a forest hoping to find something special.
To their surprise, they found an old Flak cannon there, which had been abandoned for years in the woods. The gun was in poor condition and the team decided to refurbish and restore it.
They worked hard to get the gun back to top condition and put a lot of time and effort into the project. After weeks of hard work, the gun was a lot nicer and the team decided to call in help and donate it to a museum housed in an old bunker.
On the day of the transfer, the gun was handed over to the museum with great pleasure. The Watchdutchmd team was proud of the work they had done and enjoyed the joy on the faces of the people in the museum.
The Flak gun was merged with the half fake gun and the museum finally got the real parts they had been looking for for years. Watchdutchmd was happy that they could have made a difference and were part of this special transfer.
From then on, the cannon stood proudly in the museum, reminding visitors of the history and technology of the ancient weapon. Watchdutchmd was happy that they were able to preserve a piece of history and show their followers something new and interesting.

That's amazing work, now for the final painting, have a big baking oven, at 360 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, bake the paint on, believe me, I'm restoring a vintage 1943 MB gun jeep, also I restore antique weapons, helmets, radio sets, equipment, etc... baking the enamel will create a strong finish and also prevent any rust build up. Keep up the great work guys.

@@WatchDutchMD Awesome yeah, baked on paint won't rust, scar or flake it'll last forever, I make my own finishes even for my tools, stinks up the house but this coating lasts. Also to keep your tools clean, get a 5 gallon bucket filled with sand soaked in used motor oil, the sand will clean the shovel, oil preserving the steel. Small garden tools and snips are a huge help too, stay safe my friends, rock on .

Ik heb voor 4 jaar een flak magezijn gevonden die helemaal vol was met munutie. Die kwam van 1942. Er is toen een groep van de opruimingsdienst gekomen en moeten die plek uitkammen. Het was een mooie ervaring om met die mensen te werken.
