What drills do you want to see next?
My 2017 daughter has a supination on her right ankle. I tried tying her skates tight, loose, and in between, and no help. She does not have a problem with her left foot. I also put the superfeet insoles in her skates but the problem still persists. Any recommendations?

I used to play hockey 20 years ago I quitted hockey because of a bad knee injury. I am 48 y/o now and I was thinking/hoping of playing again. Do you ppl think it’s a good idea?

Transition to backwards skating in the same direction without slowing down.
Work to rest ratio is 1:0 or 1:1. Not 1:3 or 1:4 for this age group.
