- Over the last few weeks I stayed at a deluxe, moderate and value resort to do a comparison of the three and give you a little more information on what each resort is like. Last is the value resort and we stayed at Art of Animation!

my favorite part
I personally love the value resorts! They feel more like Disney to me because of all the theming, while when you stay at moderate or deluxe resorts they feel more like luxury hotels rather than Disney hotels. I loved this series!!

A less expensive but just as fun venture would be 3 vids at Disney springs (I don't remember the names but east, west and central). You could do it all in one day and you might have enough for 3 weeks of content, or maybe it'll just be 3 smaller videos all released in a week.

When I was young my family went to Disney every July over the 4th and one year in EPCOT we were walking down a path in Future World and there were thousands--and I mean THOUSANDS of tiny, dime-sized frogs all over the path. It was the strangest phenomenon.

I agree the aesthetic is strong in the 4 movie sections! When I go, I really just eat and sleep at the resort since the whole day is dedicated to going to the parks. Fun room!

ART OF ANIMATION is my favorite!!! It’s SO underrated! Maybe I love it so much because it’s literally all of my favorite movies in one resort...

I've only ever experienced staying at Pop Century as that is where Disney cruise line put their crew members before joining the ship and have always had such a positive experience with the hotel. Loved that the rooms seem more subtle disney than the art of animation :)
I would love to see a video with the campground at Fort Wilderness!

the past couple times we stayed on property, we stayed at art of animation and absolutely loved it! we’ve so far stayed at the lion king and nemo because they have suite rooms that are large enough for all of us lol. the aoa is an all time favorite of ours! but i am absolutely loving this series! 🤩

maybe the picture is crooked because you're supposed to be looking at Eric as if you're Ariel popping up from the water and he's on a ship that's being rocked from the waves? probably a reach but that's the only reasoning I could come up with.

I totally get where your coming from saying that there’s nothing to do there but for families like mine when we go we always stay at pop because the rooms are nice and they have our basic needs! When we go to Disney world we basically spend the whole time at the parks so we don’t need much from our resort! Love these videos 👏🏼

When you inhaled as you walked into the beach club I felt that SOOO hard-it’s smells so good in there, it makes me happy! Also LOVE that small world shirt, I have that mask and it’s one of my faves!

I loved this series! I live in Europe so not a big chance I'm ever gonna go to Disney world but I love seeing the different options. And the vlogs being so long really helps with feeling the vibes and such
I stayed in the Cars themed hotel in Disneyland Paris and the theming was impeccable 👌🏻
They definitely build a great Cars world!

It would be amazing if you could stay at Port Orleans French Quarter, I've heard a lot of good things from there and it looks so beautiful!
We always stay at Port Orleans Riverside which is moderate and kid friendly. Get a princess room....it’s so sweet. Great activities to do on a rest day and you can take the boat to Disney Springs and Epcot resorts to shop and eat.

I think I know why it was crooked! the picture was of Eric on the boat. Maybe you’re in Ariel’s pov, from when she popped her head out of the water, and was holding onto the boat.
okay... but this room looks like my ariel themed bathroom from when i was 5! i love it!
When I was a kid we would say at the deluxe and moderate because we’d go down with my dad when he was on business trips and needed to spend time more at the resort for work. Every other trip it’d be a value because we’d all just be Eat, Sleep, Park.
i loved the series and seeing the hotels I have stayed at the royal Caribean resort and that one is really nice and we took the bus to the parks

Loved this series!! 💕 I think I agree with Caitlin that Coronado seems the best for value! I’ve never stayed at any of the resorts you covered so I loved seeing the differences between all three. Also side note cannot wait for the ratatouille ride to open!!

I've only been to WDW once and it was in the summer of 2019, we stayed at Art of Animation and overall enjoyed it! For our first ever visit, I felt like it was a good starting point, though in the futute I'd probably save up a little more and spring for a moderate. That said, if you're planning to spend most of your time at the parks AOA is a great choice!

i stayed at aoa about a month ago, and i loved it! being close to transportation is awesome, but you’re definitely right- it’s a perfect hotel for long park days where you’re not gonna be in the room a lot, but if you’re looking for a staycation it’s not the choice. great video :)❤️

i agree, i think the theming in value resorts are better than the other hotel categories. i’ve stayed at sports and music and you can’t miss the “theme” of the rooms. i will always pick a value over any others °o°

Your like in the middle of the busiest month like all of march park reservations are closed, you cant get into hollywood studios until april. plus with the mix of room, park tickets, food and travel its probs the best option for most families.

I was so excited to see this pop up in my subscription box! 😊 I really want to stay at Art of Animation one day. My last trip to Disney, my family and I stayed at All Star Movies in a renovated room. Kinda had a similar vibe to AoA, however still want to check this resort out!
