Earl refers to it as "a hell of a shot," but Burt's an experienced shooter AND is using a Grizzly Big Boar. A "fifty" can easily make that distance several times over.

@@nellsonstout7001 They also deride shotguns, implying that they're weak, but a hi-cap shotgun loaded with slugs would work well against Shriekers. Of course, they didn't know about Shriekers yet.

4 years old... watching Tremors for the first time...i always liked Val and Earl...but Burt... Burt something more to me.
16 years later I still idolize "The Gummer" no man in cinema history has appealed to me more than Burt.
Everyone’s mad about Michael Gross leaving the Tremors franchise. I’m sad too, but let’s be real. He’s getting old, and I’d rather his last appearance be him, flipping off the camera after sacrificing himself to the Queen, than a crippled old man in a Walker barely able to hold up his gun in Tremors 16: Perfection Rejected. He went out in a blaze, and I’d rather there be no other fitting end to the Legend Himself

@@janeeyre1990 I didn’t mean it like that. If he wants to keep doing Tremors movies in that stage of life, I’d be down to see it. I just don’t want him to do something that would mess him up and alter his lifestyle significantly in a way he didn’t want

Burt Gummer is indeed a True Tremors Legend. And not long ago, I got all 7 Tremors movies for Christmas this year & I'm really happy to have all 7 Tremors movies. :)

Perfect line, perfect delivery. The caveat is, it's the sort of line Burt Gummer would say, under the proper circumstances.

When I couldn't contact anyone, I decided to head back to hq, when I find I'm in an ambush situation! I took out the first wave with semi auto fire, but they just kept on coming! Most of them were in front of the truck, so I popped into the six wheel and ran them all down, taking out the rest with small arms fire and hand to hand techniques!
