Frank Thank you for sharing all of the information. Yes help me find everything I need to build my Food Trailer and please include the spread sheet. I am looking to help myself when I retire. Usually retirement happens when you have enough money I will not have a retirement income so I am trying to help myself keep a cash flow at a later age. I am ado it yourself age 57 so while i'm still able Id like to give it a go. Thank you again your assistance will be much appreciated.

I just got my trailer built and in process of permits. Have a question for you; did you end up going with square as your POS system? I just saw your video on leaving PNC & having clover posted 11 months ago... I've been looking into the same Square system you spoke about I believe.
If you did end up getting it, how do you like it thus far?
I ended up for the time being still with PNC not my favorite setup but we don't process as much anymore, usually it's just the bigger catering amounts now. But Definitely would go with sqaure with the screen for customers and for you if you have that option

I just got the same concession window and serving bar all together it was $1850 with shipping to Washington State
How is it going your jobs?
What kind of hinges or bars do I need for the concession window or cover to hold the cover up
It's all integrated in the windows from JR ALUMINUM no need to buy separate
I think im moving forward, the only thing that scare me is the fire suppression system, financing a trailer isn't terrible, like 165.00 a month, and the rest is sweat equity and mastering these task one at a time,,

There is a gap. Only screw at the edges where it meets wall

Definitely I think so. That's what I use and have had no issues

I had a question about the generator you use. It was a 30amp but you installed 50amp plug
Yes correct. 50 amp is better to install because I can always drop down in amps to 30 amps but if I install a 30 amp I can't use a 50 amp.
Ok so I should buy that same generator as you and install 50 amp plug outside and 50 amp panel inside

@@Blacc-dw6ox that's what I would suggest if you only need 30 amps this Generator is nice. If you need 50 I'm not too sure about those. The 50 amp outside box for plug is also more heavy duty seems like

Good morning, I do not build for customers. I only know of Trailer king builders, I have not bought a built out trailer only empty ones
How long does the build take start to finish?
Depends on how many hours you dedicate to it. If full 8 hour days and you have all the materials, being window, hood, sinks. 3 weeks
