This one is a genuine piece. I had checked with the Fossil India cusotmer care as well. I have even got a welcome email from fossilcare.com for registering my watch. The red line on the back panel is printed on the scratch guard not on the panel itself. Feel free to put your queries here if any. 😊

hey do you know how big your wrist is and would you reccomend this whatch if you have a rather small wrist ( 17 cm )
We need to know the Lug-to-Lug length of the watch first. I am also 17cm and for me, Lug-To-Lug length below 49cm is OK, 45cm is PERFECT, 47cm is still OK, 49cm and above is Not Recommended, below 45cm I don't know (never use it); with Glass/Crystal diameter up to maybe 370mm.

I have scanned bar code after i searched that result on google but it doesn't show anything. In one of the video by other person they also did same thing but at that time some other fossil model has shown. Do you have any idea of this. Plz share if i can check product via bar code?
Ideally the barcode should fetch some information regarding the Fossil model number. I recommend you to call Fossil customer care helpline.

Here is the strange thing. I had called Fossil after i received the watch to see if the watch is a genuine or not. They asked only 2 things - from where this watch was purchased, and what was it's model number. I asked them why is serial number not required. They said they don't need serial number since it's an online purchase. However, I went to the link that was provided in the box somewhere on the warranty card, and filled out the form by entering all the details.
I ordered this and cancelled. Going to the store tomorrow to pick one up in person. Don’t wanna get conned for some discount.

Red line on the sticker attached on the backcase does not justify the authenticity of a watch. It's just an indicator line that tells you that it's just a sticker and it has to be removed before use.
@@BitsofTutorials I contacted fossil and the person told me the red line is the symbol that it it has passed all quality checks and it's genuine. I don't know how much this is correct.
I think that makes no sense. If the red line on sticker means that the watch has passed all quality checks, all fake watches would have that tag of 'All Quality Checks Passed' right? In simple words, the red line is only to indiacte that it's a sticker which has to be removed before use. 😊

No. It is the original Fossil FS4656.
I purchased fossil watch two times first one was the fake one and I still doubt the second one please tell some point to check it's genuine ? There is red mark on the back and my watch hot registered on the site also and there is something written on the back of dial please elaborate that also for the same reason to check the authenticity. Do reply waiting for yours
You saying the first one was a fake shows that it had clear indications of a fake watch. For your second watch, you need to tell me what is written in the backcase. I would suggest you to inspect the watch closely for Fossil branding and engraved logo on the belt, clips, backcase, etc. And also observe the quality and finishing of that engraving. It should be heavier as well. Also notice the centre of the dial it should be exactly at the centre and not tilted in other direction.
@@BitsofTutorials on the back of dial fs4662ie is written with the serial number fossil logo and a number 24 is engraved and 5 atm .the engraving all around is neat and no misalignment what other things I should observe to check authenticity
I don't know if u bought, but the fossil engraving shall be on the sides of the lock, and lock shall not be in triangular shape.
Line of red at back is it cover of plastic, same my watch fossil I thought is a fake watch but I remove it the plastic, normal no line red
