I personally think its a song about life
Songs written for one purpose often have multiple meanings. For example, Elastic Heart by Sia was written for Catching Fire but it is widely interpreted as a break-up song. Dream Your Dream is probably one or those songs. I think it's alternate meaning is about how nothing can hurt you if you live in a fantasy world.
It's been 2 years since I listened to this song. 2020 isn't going that well but hey at least we've got nostalgia.

I just want to say this is my favorite FNAF song that you've done. The haunting melody doesn't just tie in nicely with the fourth game but the other three as well. I can hear this song and immediately have "the feels" for the entire series. I absolutely love it to pieces. Great work!
