Reticulating boom is far better in my opinion than a conveyor belt boom! I lasted all of one week with SRS arrowhead roofing lol it’s some tough work and not really suitable for bigger guys

Have the shingles delivered after the top of the roof is ripped off. I hate putting shingles on old shingles. Shingles in the pool looks bad. But they should’ve had it moved
Gotta love the cut up roof do your guys work off of the harness do u use roof brackets I can't stand working off ropes I feel like it kicks your ass more then need be

How much do you roughly charge a sq to replace at that pitch ?
How long does the ABC truck sit at the job? Do they help off load or is it just the roofers who unload the shingles? I'm a material supplier and we struggle with policy for roof-top deliveries.
I would hate to roof a house with that steep of pitch.

It was supposed to be a ground drop. This truck was brand new And that this was the first delivery on it as well as the driver. They asked if they could boom it for practice. We were not aware ahead of time and were not prepared for it. So they were perfectly fine waiting.
If I was 20 years younger, I would enjoy working for you. But, I would be hanging on for dear life on that pitch. Trying to work using 3 safety ropes. lol.
A roofing crew is going to tear off and replace my roof on Monday. It's hot here in Michigan. What do your workers drink to keep hydrated? I want to get the crew some drinks to stay hydrated but not sure what kind or how many.
A lot of water! On the hot days, I pick up several cases of bottled water and big bags of ice. Ever now and then gatorade. Sometimes, with food we'll have pop.
Was that a 3 tab shingle you replaced?
They look like architectural shingles.
Every time I see a tear down I'm reminded how much that tar paper underlayment is a frikin useless mess.
