To answer all the questions currently burning on social networks: WHO IS THE CRIME FOR? Here you have to be careful and use your judgment. Especially since this would not be the first time that Putin has used a false flag attack, he had started the second war in Chechnya in 2000 in this way. There is a HIGH probability that this attack is another Russian false flag to justify a further escalation of the conflict, potentially to justify a new wave of mobilization that Putin desperately needs... WHO IS THE CRIME FOR? What's more: do you sincerely believe that these poor souls (Terrorists) would have crossed hundreds of kilometers of a buffer zone destroyed by the war with a belt of Russian army soldiers everywhere on the ground to go and "join" Ukraine…(the good joke!) The KGB selected and paid certain Muslim individuals and provided them with the weapons on site and the instructions to carry out this attack which serves the goals of Vladimir Putin.

The US issued a warning as they likely have sources within ISIS that informed them that an attack was imminent. Alternatively, they could have intercepted communications that suggested an attack was going to take place. It should go without saying that knowing a terrorist attack is imminent does not mean that you are responsible for the attack.
The US declared Ukraine had nothing to do with it as ISIS quickly took credit for the attack.

it is unconscionable that Russia had such poor security at a venue like this, despite being warned by the US weeks in advance. since the previous attack in Russia and the UK attack how can there be no undercover security or military at the building and among the crowd.

That's not necessarily true. Just because ISIS hasn't claimed responsibility for any attacks doesn't mean their members haven't participated in any attacks against Israel. Keep in mind Hamas and Hezbollah are the two main terrorist organizations operating in the vicinity of Israel, so it's their stomping ground. It's very possible ISIS doesn't bother with Israel because ISIS has other targets, ISIS doesn't get permission from Hamas/Hezbollah to conduct attacks on Israel, or that if ISIS does conduct/participate in attacks, they're not allowed to claim responsibility.
