- The director of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB), Alexander Bortnikov, said on Tuesday that the US, UK, and Ukraine were behind the Moscow concert hall attack that killed at least 139 people on Friday - despite repeated claims of responsibility by Islamic State. Russian president has also insisted on alleged Ukrainian involvement. No proof has been provided for these claims...Then why is Russia insisting that there was a Western hand behind those attacks?

What Doctorow said was that she was fired because the terrorist attack , that was planned for BEFORE the Russian election, failed, due to high security at the chosen venue. That was US/UK (Nuland) planned. The actual attack, at the Crocus building, occurred AFTER the Russian election - thus losing its planned significance. Security was very low. US/UK wanted to cancel that one, apparently. No point to it (or no significant point) but Kiev went ahead with it.

The facts are right on the surface:
1. Four terrorists were in fact hired FOR MONEY, a real Islamist goes to fight FOR AN IDEA, NOT FOR MONEY, and is ready to die for this idea. These four clearly had no intention of dying. That is, this is definitely not the handwriting of ISIS (even if the latter took responsibility).
2. The raid actually took place ON FRIDAY, IN THE MONTH OF RAMADAN, CAREFULLY DURING EVENING PRAYER. After that if they really “devout Muslims” then I am definitely the Pope.
3. Hiring for money (usually for quite small sums as for the current case) is the frank style of the SBU (Ukrainian Security Service), which has been observed in Russia quite often for the last 2 years.
4. These four left in the direction of Ukraine, where a “window” was being prepared for them at the border. While they were leaving, the security services listened to their conversations on the phone, so seven more suspects were added to the four.
Now this is purely my assumption - in fact, the Ukrainians definitely would not have allowed these four to cross the border - they would have killed everyone while crossing the border: the dead won't say too much.
5. Nothing regarding the terrorist attack was clear yet, but the USA, Great Britain and Co. have already rushed to justify the Ukrainians under their charge - why would that be? Are they involved there to one degree or another?

When a country let's another country know that there might be a terrorist attack, THEY ALWAYS show the group from which it is expected. After all, they got that intel from somewhere, and that "somewhere" should have been shared. It's how it is always done. The fact that the US knew that there would be a terror attack in 2 weeks time at a concert, but had no info on where the Intel came from, is a giveaway to their nefarious intent. PERIOD.

Actually President Lukashenko of Belarus and pal of Putin has said publicly in an interview the gunmen tried to escape into Belarus first, but they were turned away by border guards and so then the gunmen attempted to escape to Ukraine, but were caught by Russian police.
