I can't believe Richards just said the Copa America is just for getting them ready for the World Cup, if GGG is telling them that they won't stand a chance in either Tournament
Copa America is not in preparation for the World Cup! USMNT players wake up and learn Copa America is a prestigious 100-year-old tournament you're lucky you're playing in it!
You do realize the US has participated in the Copa America before, right? Also, as Richards stated, the World Cup IS the priority for this group. That isn't diminishing the prestige of the Copa and no one said anything of the sort BUT the WC 2026 on home soil IS the team's #1 priority.
(Time to be that dude.) A) No. We do not "play to win." You boys seemed quite happy in recent-ish loses to Costa Rica and Trinidad and Tobago, and ties to Wales and England. B) Adaptability is the word, eh? Does this mean GGG will finally change things up formationally and tactically? Don't tease us. It would sure be nice to have a some real game day coaching vs what we've seen from ole baldy. (Which is crosses on crosses or individual moments of brilliance.)
What matters for the USMNT is to win Copa America now!

I agree. I've heard so many people say this but really it should just be one game or tournament rather at a time.

Good job on the sound on this one! It is very nice to be able to hear both the players and press.
Let's gooooo! Lock it down, boys!
