Yes can, actually, I'm not even sure they care if your flight changed dates because you should have the booking receipt of your initial flight right? I would say, just print the updates in case and do not modify anything, see there what they advise you to do 👍

Hello! I don't think it's going to be an issue. In my case I got a single entry so I don't really if you can get double entry but should be ok when you are travelling around 🧐 As long as it is during this 30 days period!

I'll be based in Ningbo at my Dad's friend's accommodation, but I'll be travelling around to different cities, meeting with friends and practicing Mandarin (I'm a third year Chinese studies bachelors student ). I have the person's name, address and phone number that I'll be staying with, but I'm only going to get in contact with my Dad's friend while in China. I have round trip tickets from the 1st of June until the 1st of August. Flying from Cyprus. I only have one hotel booking in Hangzhou for one night on the night of arrival. I'm quite worried about this part. Does anyone have any advice or idea on whether or not I'll be rejected a tourist visa based on this matter alone?
I think the invitation letter would be necessary if you don’t have hotel booking for the other days of your trip, you can eventually go there days before to check the information
I went to the Chinese visa centre in my country last week. They told me that an inviting letter was necessary for all types of visa, even tourist L. The invitation letter could be handwritten letter with from a Chinese citizen with permanent address in China. You need to include their and your details (name, address, ID numbers, relationship between the two of you). It must be signed by that person and the invitation letter must contain a copy of their ID.

What do you mean? The tourist visa has nothing to do with work pass. If you mean when you cancel a pass, you will get a 30-day STVP.

Yes, when you go collect, you actually get your passport back. It takes about 4 days for them.
