I agree with your point about Peter Pan, I also believe that he is a character rotten to the core and who only cares about himself. outside of the series, I see a nice guy who gave life to a villain in an amazing way, and my admiration for him starts precisely from this reason. so we fangirls exist and no one forbids us from "drooling" after him.
