The tuning for the speech parts is on point! But great job for the tuning overall!
I don't use a ton of effects in my covers, but the most common one would be the radio effect. But you'll have to use applications outside of Vocaloid, like Audacity, to create it.
I sometimes use the radio effect on my Cubase mixer, and yeah its a good effect
