Second woman alleges she was racially profiled at Southfield Target store

- Another woman has come forward alleging that she was racially profiled at a Southfield Target store. In a news release, the attorneys representing 23-year-old Ashanae Davis who first claimed that two Target loss prevention officers confronted her on May 22, accusing her of stealing a bikini from the store.
If you are watching all of your black customers and your register still comes up short....then maybe you need to start looking at ALL shoppers. Thieves come in all colors including white.
Some are worse than others.

I (white female) was at Target and got followed around by a guy that was in loss prevention training. It was hilarious. I'd turn my head to look at him and he would be like "oh shit" and then try to act like he was price checking something or whatever. He was sooo bad at it that I started laughing and couldn't stop laughing. His supervisor walked buy, shook his head and kept on walking.
I experience a similar experience today at the Target in Niles, Illinois.
I visited that same Target on July 4,2020, and a employee of the store, who is a young afro amerucan.Stated to me, she need to look into my cooler, before I purchase it, to make should I wasn't stealing anything.
I contacted Target Corporate Headquarters, and all they said, sorry.Sorry is not eought, when this shit, been going on since 2018.

Same target profiled us my mom and me because of being Arab they bag checked us and wanted to know if my mom was hiding things in her covering this the one in Michigan right Southfield this happened July 4 2021 we went for my birthday it was horrible ☠️
N I had another event happen at target very recently this year I don’t like they’re business practices and teachings because this keeps happening

All businesses need to be shut down and all of the staff of all of those businesses need to be retrained on how to know the difference between INNOCENT people and REAL criminals.
they did to my ex-girlfriend while she was with my 5 yr old daughter, my daughter was crying they handcuffed my girlfriend( lost prevention) went through all her bags telling her she was going to jail for shoplifting all while my daughter asked them to not arrest her, well long story short everything in her bags was on her receipt. this is the Ithaca n.y target.
Now I need a attoney, so I can sue Target Headquarter

To the Southfield Target in this video: You should replace your white racist employees with those who treat your innocent shoppers with dignity and respect.
I believe this Woman & I hate Target. I hope Target lost a lot of money because of the looting.
