I haven’t watched this video yet because CZcams didn’t let me know it was available. But I am trying to ask questions on other videos and the comments are always turned off. Ugh.
My question is, I’m only one person, how can I implement milk kifer and not waste it because, like I said, I’m only one person. I’m eating the 30 hour yogurt everyday now, usually at night. Any suggestions will be welcomed.

Milk kefir lasts awhile in the fridge. I’ve had it for a few weeks in there before. When you’re not using the kefir grains to make kefir on the counter, you can put them in a little milk and then out that in the fridge. It slows the fermenting down a lot. Also try making only a quart of kefir at a time, instead of a half gallon or more.
