I liked the ghoul cave quest, with the current shooting mechanic it would be a shotgunner's dream.

Thanks for the info there. Been really interested in the steam deck and the fact that this is another game I can play on it might just push me over the edge on pulling the trigger on it
Get the Modder Perk, its buffs all gun attachments (even the ones you cant change like the VAL Barrel) meaning it buffs damage on all guns.
its basicly the offensive perk version while Gear Lover is the defensive, since it keep armor durability high and therefor enemy bullets from penetrating.
I guess the Val can go to 21- 22 ish damage still, which is ok-ish with 900 rps.
Aiming with any weapon makes your effective range increase, especially with sights on, that's the range multiplier
It's lookin like the nerf to the Vel might not have been as bad as I was worried about.

Yep, in my opinion its nerf really made sense, considering that it's really easy to cheese Lazar with a sniper and its 'balanced' by the rarity of its ammo.

Considering the pen on even the SP5 ammo, I'm not even mad at the nerf. Got an UMP and suppressor for it from an airdrop, it was one of the early raids of a playthrough so I gave it a punt. It's far from meta but sounds good both loud and suppressed and it's just fun to use. 8 hours later and I'm doing everything I can to keep the old girl in the fight - random sidequests that don't need a DMR? Hunting low tier anything - I'm in!

I noticed in the last couple of uploads that your game keeps minimizing when you try to click off of an inventory menu. I actually have this issue where I'm playing a game and if I flick too hard or quickly my mouse actually leaves the windows boundaries and clicks on my other monitors. I kind of noticed this happened in this game when just moving my mouse off the edges of the window too.
A neat alternative to closing the inventory for me has been hitting tab. (Opening any inventory, bag or body also sorts from bottom to top but opening it a 2nd time after opens from top to bottom. I kind of like this feature if I'm only really interested in picking up the gun from a bandit or boss unit.)
Your content has gotten me into the game and I appreciate the uploads.

Thanks bud, glad you're liking the vids! Yeah a few ppl have come in and said the same thing about the game minimizing thing. I always swing my mouse up to the x in the top right corner instead of using tab for some reason... imma try to change that

The Fanaz is a great 5.56 weapon that feels similar to how the old Vel used to work
As i remember Wintar BK was always full auto and high rpm. But due to unupgradable 10 round mag it was like all or nothing.
It was essentially a Better Vel that you can't change the attachments on. Also, it could spawn with a 20 round magazine installed, but that might of been changed.
I am not caught up to the RAW s2 yet but I wanna watch the latest one so bad

even tho its said to be nerfed, i still see radioactive rain 90% of the time i enter mall and its pretty annoying, to be fair theres really a lot more problem with the permanent rain and storms, you can no longer hear enemy steps, or anything of importance in combat

Best gun ever. Wıth parts it got 98 ergonomics. Oh The ammo shred level 6 armor guys. . And it is supresses you can pick people in mall without anyone notice. And you can get the gun without hustle just start with mozin go makeshift pick out lazar that is it first raid you get it. Farm lazar until 30 mag, and no Change until finish
If you have a second monitor and the game doesn't allow locking the mouse cursor to the game, it's likely your cursor is jumping over to the other monitor before you click the close button on the loot screen. That's likely why it's minimizing.

Also what do you think of the new recoil and zone of efficiency for guns? I like the change but snipers and the skop h are still easily the best guns in the game.
@@Skippy131 I'm in the same boat. The recoil was a bit too much at the start, but they nerfed it recently and now it's in a better place.
I still don't like doing 0 damage past the red X but I'm slowly getting used to it. I like that different guns are most effective at certain ranges.
The way they've implemented it isn't realistic but this game is not trying to be realistic in the slightest so I can look past it
Do ready or not 3070ti is enough, unless you play in 4k. The problem with Ready or not is that the game itself is not finished yet. Supposedly version 1.0, but that's not it yet, I recorded 2-3 videos of it myself, and I'll probably wait for new updates, because the game simply annoys me.
One pound is a little less that half a kilogram (0.45 kg), so 8 kg is almost 18 pounds.

I'm very curious, why don't you pick up the daily quests? not efficient enough?
They're tedious and unnecessary to me. Unless you want some specific gear from the traders like the L3 NVGs I don't think they're worth doing. Money, XP and decent gear are easy to get elsewhere

Reducing reload speed would mean slowing down how fast you reload, increasing reload speed means speeding it up.

Val's pretty underpowered now imo, with limited range, low damage and rare ammo it's just not worth the inventory space. If you want to use 9x39, get yourself Groza instead (or however it's called in the game). And we still don't have larger mags for Vintorez which is quite annoying.
Underpowered???? Its still really good, able to kill cyclops enemies in less than a full mag. I think you just want it to be op
Rare ammo? Just craft it, even then all ammo types are so damm common its ridiculous
gruza is better naw than vss even the arman gun is meh with just 10 bullets
upgrading from a 3070ti build....that's a waste of money.
unless you carried over the rest of the hardware between 2 more graphics card upgrades like that.
i recently upgraded from a 1080ti and even that was only because i wanted more frames, it was dropping below 60 sometimes on modern titles. with a 3070 you have no excuse.
if you want to spend all this youtube money on something get some QOL stuff like a good mattress or and air purifier or something. seeing as you keep coughing so much.
