I'll tell ya this as an observer, not a uga fan but love the sport.......the way a good chunk of their fans treated this guy, talked horribly about him, wanted to get rid of him over and over......not all fans but a lot. Pitiful. It's a game and this kid rose up and kicked ass and was as clutch as any player in the game. Good for him.

Not gonna lie I had my doubts in him last season when they chose to start him over Daniels.But you can’t deny he’s got that DAWWG in him. Hope he has a great career at the next level. Definitely helped bring a happy tear to my eye. We waited a long time for this feeling. And now he lead us to it twice. #DamnGoodDawg

I know a lot of people had a problem with what he said during his speech, but imagine for two years given your soul, your sweat, your body and your heart to a university and a fanbase that is constantly criticizing you, trying to replace you, going on social media and telling everyone that you don't belong, waiting for you to get hurt just so a backup can come in and take your spot, one of the most hurtful comments I saw was last season when he decided to release a statement saying that he was coming back, I was on social media and I heard several post actually numerous post of other people saying that they wish he would just go away and give Georgia a chance to get a real quarterback oh, you can't tell me that you wouldn't find that hurtful. This young man and what he has given to the University of Georgia will not be appreciated tomorrow 2 weeks from now maybe even five years from now, but eventually the entire fan base in brace him and know exactly what he brought and gave to the Bulldogs, I have been one of the many fans that have defended him at any chance that I get and he's had my full support because he was the quarterback that Kirby Smart and Todd Monken decided to go with and stick with, and now after these last two seasons everyone should be willing to admit that they were right, I want to say thank you Stetson for everything that you've done for the University of Georgia and I wish you nothing but all the best in the future young man, to me you will always be a DAMN GOOD DAWG....

I agree with most of your comments; however, Stetson needs to grow up. He refused to wear the team outfits and went rogue, per usual. Kirby didn't owe Stetson anything that he wasn't willing to earn. Moreover, the world doesn't have to blindly cheer for him. Welcome to the adult world. As an alum, I know he will forever be a Dawg legend, but what about his mental health. He obviously has a drinking problem. I was at the celebration, and he was clearly drinking/drunk yesterday, similar to his appearance on GMA last year. So, keep cheering on bad behavior, but you won't be there cheering when he's in rehab or self-destructs.

I’m not sure if Stetson was drunk or just salty today. He took a pounding during his time at UGA and seems like he is going out saying F y’all for doubting me. I was one of those as well from time to time like we all were. When he played bad we called him out and when he was great, we praised him. It comes with the position. But today, his is in an odd mood more than usual. A lot of folks waited today on the side of the road for ALONG time to see these guys. A little acknowledgment would have been nice at least to the kids. Stetson looked like he wanted to be elsewhere. I don’t think his football story is over just yet…

I love what Stetson did in his last 2 years at UGA, BUT as I watched him in the parade, he acted like nobody was there. He didn`t wave or acknowledged the crowd at any time. I was disappointed in his behavior. I will say it again, he is so immature. I know he brought us the nanny, but he had help, especially the fans!!!
