- These are the easiest DIY Ceiling lights! No wires - just 4 C batteries that will last you up to a year. Motion activation so you don't have to worry about flipping anymore switches to turn on the light. They will activate when you get within 20 feet. They will also automatically turn off after 20 seconds of not sensing any motion. We've all burned through batteries on those push button lights because we forgot to turn them off. You also don't have to worry about any false activations when other lights are on because there is a photocell built in that knows when it's dark. Install requires drilling in 2 screws(anchors included as well) that come included, adding the batteries and you're done. Great for anywhere that you have needed light. But also consider installing these where you already have light as well. That way you can have a light turn on for you, and then you can find the switch to your other lights. This is a great way to add convenient light and security light ANYWHERE you want. Even if you're renting!
Check these out now on HSN.com for only 20$.

Definitely getting that right now... 3am... Getting it!!! Great product
great video how about are the light triggered when it's bright put already
Omg huge blessing I was going to actually pay to install lights but here you are thanks a million
I’m still deciding on whether to get the two pack for my bathroom, is it worth it? Did you end up getting one?
I wish it was still available 😩
Thank you for such good information you freaking awesome
They sure look nice, however I have a bedroom that does not have ceiling light, and I need to install one. Thus I think this may not be a solution. Any thoughts?
Thanks for the video.
Cheers
Luiz
Hey Luiz - sorry for the late reply. I'm not sure if you already made a decision yet. I love these lights but I don't think you would be happy with them as your main ceiling lights. They won't stay on as long as I think you would like them too and you would burn through batteries. But these do make great closet/pantry lights. I hope this helps.
What the name of the products?
That is a good deal. I just bought 1 at HD for $25. It puts out tremendous amount of light. Mine, you can remove the light sensor and have it work strictly on motion sensing. However, I'm not sure I'm going to keep it. Led lighting is bad for your eyes. I wish it came in regular soft lighting. This really is too bright to suit me, and it's at the end of a dark hall that approaches 2 bedrooms and a bath so I'm constantly walking there to trigger it on. I'll have to see. It may get annoying to have it constantly be going on as I walk its path often.
Thank you for this comment, I’m still pondering on whether to buy the two pack for my bathroom.. have you come to a conclusion yet?
What’s the link ?
Thanks
only thing is when its in a room where you want it off but you're moving around. lets say movie night. gotta wait those 20 seconds or if someone gets up to go to the restroom. but either way its cool I guess
Why can’t I find a. wireless ceiling light with a remote that Ian motion activated?
how do you install
What is the name of the website again
I wish you could have put the camera on them.
So what if I’m moving slow like drawing it will automatically shut off
I don't think that you would be satisfied with this as an overhead light. Especially for drawing.
is there anything like this that's not motion active? I really need ones with remotes.
Tsu - Mr.Beams only has motion activated lights. But I have seen plenty of lights that are remote operated on Amazon.
@@justinhyattlive1658 okay thank you
Wonder if these would be good for over the shower.
That means while sitting still reading a book or newspaper or watching tv, you have to sway your arm or kick a leg or wave something for it to turn back on ....and do this EVERY 20 SECONDS....yeah....NOPE!! I'd rather get the bulbs that allow you to whistle to turn lights on and off....or even the clapper.
These are closet lights......not reading lights. They’re meant for when you need quick light for a short period of time. Like when you walk in the front door before you reach the light switch. Now you don't have to leave a light on. A closet where you don't have a light already. Or even a pantry. These were never made or designed to be a light that you sit under for constant use. So yes - clap away. 👏
This would be perfect if I didn't have to screw it into the ceiling
I need this
It's one of the best things we own outside of our robot vacuum :)
Are they going to turn on when the lights are on and the motion detector is set off
Hey Dee - These lights only turn on when it's dark using a "Dusk to Dawn" sensor. So you won't be waisting battery if there are other lights on.
They're sold out. You can take the video down now.
So this has been a year how do u feel about the lights now?9/17/2021
What happens if ur sleeping with someone u get up to go to the bathroom will the light turn on.or no so u don't disturb the other person?
Hi Alan - we use ours everyday, multiple times a day and love them. It's just been an easy and practical way to get convenient light. We use ours in a closet and pantry. To answer your question. When you go to the bathroom, the light will turn on for roughly 20-30 seconds. Enough time for you to possibly get situated and hopefully not long enough to disturb the other person.
@@justinhyattlive1658 thanx for the info.
@@justinhyattlive1658 What if u put it in a bedroom and u want to go to sleep?
I can’t find them….
Hi Irene - unfortunately HSN no longer has them on .com. But here is the link to Amazon: www.amazon.com/Beams-MB981-WHT-01-00-Ceiling-Light-1-Pack/dp/B07G3N4JQJ/ref=sr_1_3?crid=1G25BC5CQ6223&keywords=mr.beams%2Bceiling%2Blights&qid=1648059862&sprefix=mr.beams%2Bceiling%2Blights%2Caps%2C90&sr=8-3&th=1
Didn't he say that they emit 200 lumens of light? That is pretty low quality...maybe OK for a small closet, but not a room like he shows here. I have an Led bulb in my living room with almost 1100 lumen and not good for reading.
These lights are meant for closets and smaller spaces - not living rooms. Just showing how bright they are in an open space regardless. These lights are battery operated. Im assuming your 1100 lumen is not. Trading brightness/lumens for convenience.
