    可不可以出一期视频讲提升贷款能力的呀?套Equity最大的障碍是卡在贷款能力上了

      我以前有几期视频有讲过的,但是最有效其实是要在开始买房前做好规划的,要不然买到贷不出来款这个地步没有太多可以做的了
