ok so it seems like bands that people want to see are brand of sacrifice, architects, periphery, insomnium, infant annihilator, invent animate, vildjarta, humanity's last breath, august burns red, fit for a king, johnny booth, protest the hero, darko us, veil of maya, shrine of malice, deadvectors, and meshuggah. i would personally like to see angelmaker, spite, worm shepherd, a night in texas, mental cruelty, ingested, fit for an autopsy, to the grave, vexed, defocus, aviana, motionless in white, amity affliction, make them suffer, ice nine kills, signs of the swarm, code orange, and unprocessed

I was at the front of the pack at Warped Tour when I saw For Today, and Matty jumped on the barrier, grabbed my hand, and looked me dead in the eyes while screaming "Bring this broken cycle to its knees." And it's a core memory for me. So glad to see them on this list. Now we just need Fit For A King, and I'll be complete

Metal has gotten me through some very dark times of my life and I love the way these non metalheads are reacting to these sick ass breakdowns.
I think what'd be fun is just really quickly, have them say their favorite band or what artists they listen to when they workout. Not too long to distract, just like 30 seconds for each of them to just list out what they listen to.
Would love to see August Burns Red, Fit For a King, Johnny Booth, or Brand of Sacrifice in the next one.
right? they, IMO, are making them listen to mediocre metal. they need to check out like protest the hero or periphery
I think they are largely sticking to metal bands who essentially, are openly Christian. A few slip in, but overall that seems to be the theme@@kevinkraftable
But, if we were to have a wishlist of bands mine would include Brand of Sacrifice, but also Darko US, Meshuggah, Vildhjarta, Humanitys Last Breath, DeadVectors, Veil of Maya, Periphery, Sleep Token, Shrine of Malice, and a million more I don't want to make this any longer. So much good metal out there, hopefully it's not all 2000's metalcore.

If you're ever looking for some additional stuff that's pretty heavy and also has some solid melody in it to throw at folks, both Takamachi Walk (e.g. Redeemer, Deceiver) and Undead Corporation (e.g. Chain Heart Girl, You're Better Off Alive, The Empress) never fail to hit imo.

Back in 2008 I discovered metal and it forever shaped my life. Honestly listening to underground death metal I think is why I am such an open minded music listener. I love metal, hardcore, country, rap, etc. It’s cool seeing people react to a genre that is so important to me.

I think some of the best, fun, hype metal bands (with good breakdowns no less) are: Born of Sacrifice, Darko US, Fit for a King (specifically Eyes Roll Back), and I Prevail. I bet you get some people to come around on a few of these
