Being a big 10MM fan I appreciate all the effort you have put into these videos. I look forward to all future reviews. As a semi-auto pistol cartridge I prefer the 10MM, but when it comes to revolvers my favorite is both the 460 & 500 Magnums especially chambered in the compact S&W 3.5" PC package. Which by the way is one of your best videos to date!

I know I'm late to the party but you can remove the slide spring and the plug by rotating the barrel bushing you remove the spring first and the slide comes off easy and then when you reassemble you put the spring in last should make it way easier. Just make sure you hold on to the plug and slowly release it. Otherwise it'll go flying.

I’m surprised they didn’t put an optic cut on there because the 9 mm version has an optic cut

Any MIM PARTS IN THIS TISAS 10MM?

Tisas does not use any cast metal parts on our firearms. The use of quality MIM parts on some models was used in prior generations of our 1911 products but in mid-2022 we began moving away from use of those parts. Tisas models produced after 11/1/2022 contain machined internal parts with the exception of the recoil spring plug which will continue to be a MIM part at a time to be determined.

If they put a full length guide rod in there and would’ve been easier to reassemble, but I agree with you reassembling 1911 style firearms is a real pain
